It's important for a vegan to be able to cheat.

I'm not keto, but low carb. |

Perhaps their spouse is made of meat. Do vegans eat meat? |

Not that I recall. I guess that would mean she retained vegetarian status. |

Vegan "meat eaters" don't swallow. Should be a T-shirt. |

you actually are keto G- you are low carb and high protein- that is what keto is- I think keto is unhealthy- too much fat and salt - my friend wanted to lose a few kilos and followed the rules to the letter- she lost 10 kgs- but has since stalled- she misses carbs too much and is gaining it back (almost all)-im glad as I was worried for her health tbh |

There are intelligent ways to do Keto but most of them are Ketotards stuffing their gobs with butter, butter and more butter. |

No, I wouldn't be in ketosis as I regularly eat pulses which would instantly throw you out of ketosis. |

I know what you're saying, but butter is really effective at keeping you full. If I have 2 eggs fried in a teaspoon of butter it keeps me full (unless I go a huge workout) until about 2pm. |

Eating eggs whites is so like, 2015. The yolks contain most of the vitamins and nutrients. Here's a breakfast that sorts me out until about 3pm. Half an avocado, scoop out enough avo and crack an egg into it then microwave for about a minute. |

You'll know its ready when it explodes over the innards of your microwave. Food for Terrorists by chef Gordon. |

Nope. You stop the microwave at about 30sec and give the yolk a prod then continue. Better still, if you have the empty half of the avo skin, place it over the top. I'm not a jihadist egg chef. |

I think tonight I'll have a vegan party to celebrate vegans
Steak...... Nah, mixed grill Steak, lamb chops, mystery bags, lashings of bacon, pork chops and chook. Add a few eggs to help it along Lots of bar-b-q sauce. For starters ill have cocktail Frank's and pigs in a blanket Some hard boiled eggs. I'll have a token sprig of parsley just for colour, throw the damn thing away before eating. Desert, loads of ice cream and chocolate There, all sorted Left loads of veggies for the vegans. |

I find protein more satiating. The Ketotards go as far as saying extra protein turns into "chocolate cake" in the body while gulping down their absurd "fat bombs." |
