That video wasn't in Australia. So they are cheering in their home country.

The video is obviously a joke but it was shared on a Bulgarian Facebook page called Pustinqkk. The video got downed by Facebook but reuploaded in YouTube. The original title was: Africans dance like monkeys.

Correcto. They breed, and they punish their children to eternal suffering afterward. They create a ten offsprings, who multiply themselves into further ten offsprings and subsequently but not much later, these children grow up to thugs, in single mother families, so end up in jail or with a bullet in the chest.
