Hasn't it come around quick! Just a reminder that I'll once again be hosting the party, Dec 8th at 2pm.

And now I can share some very VERY exciting news. We'll have a co-host for the party. Flying in all the way from the US of A, is none other than our very own Coca-Cola Kid, AiA.

In the spirit of the season ALL factions of Ozpol are invited and very welcome and that will be reflected in the catering.

There will be a 5kg tub of KFC mashed potato for the Setanta's, some bulls pizzles if any of the crew from the other joint turn up, and in a show of good faith, there will be a giant pot of butter chicken...just in case.
(AiA and will be doing a road trip the day before out to Harris Park to collect it).

So remember, everyone's to be on their best behavior, and a big thanks to Graps for providing security.

No need to RSVP, just turn up in your best party frock.

Having the home town advantage, I was 9 ahead when you spotted a cabbie dropping a small plastic bag out the window. I just thought it was good old every day litter but you knew better. After the cabbie drove off we inspected the bag, and true to your instincts, there was a cabbie turd inside.

Although now I think of it I did have some lentil turkey once when I went to a seventh day Adventist Xmas party.

I won't be there though. Too far and don't want to be Doxed.

Actually Cods, due to my VERY recent conversion to Judaism, would it be too much trouble for you to handle the all the christmasy stuff for the party?

My rabbi said it's fine for me to host the party as I announced it before my conversion but not to do the religious stuff.

Actually Cods, I believe Aussie is demanding proof of my conversion, proof being that I've had the small anatomical alteration to make me officially a Jew, proof I'm more than happy to provide but I have two options.

1 - I could pop out tomorrow morning for the snip and we could have the unbandaging ceremony at the party.
2 - I could invite the Rabbi to do the snip during the party.

Perhaps I should put it to a vote?

Not a forum I read. I didn't know that but I suspected it when he no longer posted. I didn't mind Herb's humour and his way of trolling people.

Oh - I think most people online would enjoy a drink together... you might be surprised....

In some ways one shows one's true persona online..in other ways that is never the complete person, since we are all composed of different personae:-

a) the one only WE know ourselves in our guarded moments.....

b) the one close relations/friends know or think they know .....

It's called Quadrophrenia..... there was a movie about it, and it was good but most viewers missed the point.... far too complex an issue to relay in a movie.

I never said i was tolerant. There are several groups im not tolerant of. I know they arent going to change their minds either but i have noticed (in other places not here) that when rules are applied they can tone it down a bit. The type of ppl that accept kiddy fiddlers and make fun of children (be they criminals or not) because they are black are top of the list.

Everyone has their group of ppl they disapprove of. Greg doesnt like smokers. Gordon doesnt like overweight ppl. A whole thread of ppl dont like non-white ppl.

I know vic is one...who else is in authority here I dont know....

I have had my say on the forum    regarding selective using someones family as a target....

I have fat friends, work with and totally respect in a professional sence people who are total lard arses.

I DO have issues with the way they treat their bodies and I don't like how the PC brigade is trying to nornalise obesity.
