You don't pay the f---ing bills," the man responds, before continuing with the game. He then gets up from his chair again, which is followed by a protracted wail and sobbbing. "Get out of my f---ing life," he says and sits down to play again. When the man gets up again, more screams are heard from off camera from both a woman and a child, who yells, "Daddy, daddy!" NSW Police arrested the man at 11.30pm on Sunday and took him to Narellan police station, where he was charged with common assault. Two girls, aged three and 20 months, were home at the time of the alleged assault. Police have also served an apprehended violence order on the man. He will appear in Camden Local Court on Thursday. While the video featuring the alleged assault was removed from Twitch, it has been viewed more than 5 million times on Twitter.

I agree.  There should have been no assualt by either of them.  However, I am not sure the video excludes her from physical interference, even of/with his precious and dumbarse gaming computer stuff.

That video is a good example, I reckon, of what the real world of domestic violence involves.  There are two sides, always.

If I were (selfish) him, I'd have just kept doing what I was doing, and the evidence of her incessant and escalating aggression would have grown, way more than is already apparent.  But, it seems he snapped, but not, it must be conceded, in a vacuum.

It is beyond dispute that he asked her to leave him alone.  Beyond dispute that he told her he'd 'be up soon,' and beyond dispute, she was having none of that and required, as a domineering incessant directive, that he yield to her constant carping.
