"Spookily similar."  In what way?  There was an eight-year old Primary School male who had a female finger on his chest.  On the other hand, there was a High School student who assaulted me with a missile, damaged my property who had my paw firmly on his chest, marched a short distance back to a nearby tree, given a bob full and released.

(Edit:  In the first case, the parties had history and knew each other.  In the latter, I did not know who the punk was, and I doubt he knew who I was...total strangers.  No history.  "Spookily similar," my arse.)
