QUESTION;
Can vetting be effective, in eliminating the risk of admitting individuals [followers of ISLAM] who are 'HELL BENT', on entering, and creating mayhem within nations of the    Dar al Harb    [in the name of their religion] ?

We need to ask this, because we know, that     many, many moslems     who are already living securely within Western nations [i.e. without any chance of being subject to deportation!], have been heard to openly declare that we [local non-moslems] are legitimate targets for ISLAMIC violence [being committed by the followers of ISLAM, in the name of their religion] !!


Dar al Harb = = nations designated/defined by ISLAMIC doctrine, as places where the war for ISLAMIC supremacy must be 'engaged', by the believers, by engaging in 'Jihad operations'.
Broadly speaking, every Western secular nation, qualifies as a Dar al Harb land !
