Harpo Marx was famous and he and his adopted kids loved dogs. He smuggled one into the US and one time let it off the lead in a reserve of some sort in New York—dog promptly ran off and Harpo never saw it again ;D ;D ;D

There was a tax collector somewhere in Mittel Europa—he bred the German Shepherd and Doberman Pinscher dogs. He loved fierce dogs and no doubt they helped him extract tax from unwilling payers :)

Anybody think of any more?

JohnSmith owned two Doberman dogs at one stage. Don’t think he is famous tho. :)

He supposedly loved his dog, Blondi.

However, he tested a cyanide pill on the poor gal, and it worked :'(

Eva had a couple of Scottish Terriers.

Someone in the SS, chasing Jews out of train cars in Auschwitz? He was being considered for promotion or something and in the exam he was asked to kill the German Shepherd he had been working with hounding Jews to their death.

Without any emotion he killed “the trusting bitch by his side” by breaking her neck.

Who is the cruellest species? Homo Sapiens “The wise ones” of course! Other species predate for food. Only H. sapiens tortures!

sure I am

Karl Doberman ... local tax collector and he ran the local dog pound. He tried using rottweilers to protect him whilst he collected taxes but found they were to stupid for his purposes.
