When stopped by police, many black criminals [it seems] will 'act up' because they are hoping to create an uncomfortable 'racial scene', in public ?

LEFTIST encouraged, public 'performance art' ?

Seeking to make the cop [doing his job] feel uncomfortable, and choose to 'back off' ?

Is that how its supposed to work ?



Whereas, it seems that many 'ordinary' citizens [if stopped], will choose to comply with directions from police.
