I try but often the humour just escapes me. Still, I should count myself lucky I escaped the church without having to have anything to do with the Bishop’s ( now Cardinal's) ring.

Newspapers are a waste of money. The last time I bought one it was 80% adds on properties and cars, 15% news, and 5% opinion pieces. I prefer books over digital any day of the week. But I'm not paying to read another 50 adds from all the car yards or real estate agents. bugger em.
