My general approach to this problems is:

1. If I was not going to or did not raise his grubbiness while he was alive - I let it rest with him
2. In death, someone would have liked or loved him, why destroy this while they are grieving
3. I should not do anything that causes harm to the living

I let it rest in peace with the person.

I would shut up.

Anybody with a moral compass wouldnt say anything that he wouldnt say while the bloke was alive, if you were too cowardly to point out his alleged grubby sleaze while he was alive then doing it after he is dead makes you a grubby coward. A normal person wouldnt need this pointed out to them.
