Why did authorities believe that the attacker was a 'Right-wing extremist' ?

A.
It appears, that WOKE, LEFTIST, GREENS politicians, unwilling to wait for authentic information to be presented to them,
simply went with the    'fact'     that a 'Right-wing extremist' had committed this attack.
[because it suited their political 'narrative' ?]
