As an aside - and one single answer will do not the usual prolonged discussion of nothing - this 'wife-bashing' - did it involve any actual physical contact... or was it just another one of those 'feminist wife-bashings' where someone is handed an 'order' by a court and in the eyes of the stupid this means he is violent?

This is where it is wrong... I doubt any bug will get by a scalding hot capuccino.  Looks to me like cops doing another exceeding their rights here.... it happens a lot when they feel like creating a confrontation so they can look busy.

Fortunately he filmed it so they can't lie.  And don't laugh about that, either. Why do you imagine we've had countless royal commissions and they all now wear cameras?  It's not to help them convict people.... it's to stop them charging people wrongfully.

I believe this is probably more about people NOT drinking their coffee in the open but pretending to so they don't have to wear a mask.

I wouldn't be surprised if the police have now been instructed to check to see if people actually do have drinks in their cups. A bit on the ridiculous side, I agree. But, when stupid people keep trying anything they can to avoid doing the right thing then things like this become necessary.

The coppers werent agitated, they didnt look like they were prepared for trouble so its obvious the victim was not aggressive or abusive beforehand.  Anyone can create their own mask by pulling their shirt or jumper over their face to satisfy regulations. In July of 2019 Yemini was convicted of assaulting and harassing his ex-wife.

Maybe his "good lawyers" were on an RDO that day.

For those who don't know, the assault took place in March 2016, when he threw a wooden chopping board at her head while she was cooking dinner.

It struck her on her forehead, leaving a deep contusion.

He also sent harassing text messages to her between 2017 and 2018.

He claimed that the chopping board hit her accidentally. (Don’t they all.)

the rules which were in place at the time of the 'offense', and since.

Here's the 'gen' - IF the 'offense' occurred BEFORE 1pm that day, it

That he WASN'T pinged for this suggests that EITHER he wasn't
breaking lockdown, or the 'offense' occurred AFTER 1pm.

But in EITHER case, he did not breach the mask rules UNLESS he

Which there clearly was NOT - until the filth began stalking and harrass-

I was wondering if other states had that situation, about types of masks… because I know in Vic… there were these scarf like masks … and creative too, and less painful and more eco friendly than the nappy looking masks with ear elastics.
You could wear these scarf masks around your neck and pull up… well made and were fantastic… then it was said we couldn’t have them …. and many of us already bought them. At least we can wash n wear without having to dispose of.
With these throw away, cheapie nappy face masks with elastic bands… it’s a disgrace!

First… many are ending up in our waterways and the elastics are creating a chokehold on sea life. It’s been recommended that the elastics are cut so as no loop can cause harm… but how many get that message? How many have done that? Cut the elastic loops before disposal?

Second…I see these disposable cheapie nappy face masks littered everywhere.
I took a photo of one that upset me… outside the hospital … in the car park, between the emergency and imaging place.
This mask was placed spread out with elastics over branches of a small bush plant.

These shytty masks are not easily degradable and will cause more harm than good for our wildlife, sealife, birds etc.

I say these need to be banned and pull up, reusable scarf/masks re-introduced again as acceptable/preferred!!  >:(

The men in my life are lovely, Booby. At lest, those i choose association with. There are those on the periphery i'm less enthusiastic about.

Nothing like the dregs on here though. There are some bona fide woman haters on here. At least, men who consider women poorly.

Furthermore, i feel no compunction to to throw anything at anyone, ever. From my viewpoint, you'd have to be pretty undisciplined to throw something at someone. SO undisciplined in fact, that i think such acts should be sanctioned.

I don't drink at all. But i certainly have driven over the limit in my lifetime. All in the recklessness of youth, but i have done it.

I think most adults would admit they have that in their past. If not, a goodly percentage of them would be liars.

And i repeat, .05 is very easy to reach. It is not equatable with beating your wife.

But i see the usual suspects are less concerned with how women are treated than what we can pin on Greg.

I will be perfectly honest here, since my hubby and I have courted from age 18 (driver licence age) neither of us have ever drank alcohol and driven. Zero … zilch! But then again neither of us ever did drink much alcohol nor have we ever done drugs.

Yet in our day, many did, drive drunk and many accidents and injury, deaths came from that.
Yet in our rural area, many got away with drunk driving because there was less traffic on roads here.

Unlike today, there are many vehicles on the road now at all times of the 24 hour period of the day/night.

With the advent of late night shopping introduced and then night shifts/overtime…. hence more traffic about at all hours.
