I’m a moderately civilised racist? Putting aside for now how you might define civilised or uncivilised you may find it odd my first job was with the Commonwealth Dep’t of Education and Science as a liaison officer handling Gov’t sponsored students from Asia and Africa. The only group I developed a dislike for was Pakistanis. Warned on my first day to not trust them I accused my colleagues of racism. Took me three days to change my view. No we Cantonese don't use them in our cooking.
We prefer British heroin dealers and kangaroos.
Stir fried insects are manly used in Thailand. Unlike British they are full of high quality protein.

A lot of actual Chinese food is  pretty cr@p. The proliferation of Chinese restaurants in Western countries is not synonymous with serving actual Chinese food, they  basically offer a Macdonalds version of Chinese food. Most people in Western countries who say they love Asian food only love the version served in Western countries, thats just a fact. Half the population of Malaysia is of Chinese descent and you wont find traditional Chinese food there either, they had the good sense to create another version after mixing it with traditional Malay called Nonya cooking. Asian countries with a high amount of Western tourism arent dishing up traditional food to the tourists, they quickly learn to offer them Western food.

Who are 'the Chinese people'?

In China there is extreme racist contempt for minorities (even if they are Chinese nationals). This contempt (or hatred) extends way beyond Uighurs (who, of course, are being culturally and literally exterminated).

But discrimination doesn't stop at ethnicities. There is general contempt for migrant workers, who are often banned from utilising city amenities.

There is also a sweeping xenophobia towards all non-Chinese people within mainland China... That's how a turd, like yourself, can make sweeping racist statements yet whine like a ladyboy when a perceived insult is reciprocated.
