1/2 hr every night as we watch TV I'm enjoying a cuppa and a foot massage.

Hubby knows the routine now.

I honestly can't live without a foot massage every night. It relieves the stress in my entire body and helps me get a good night's sleep.  Does wonders for migraines too.
