I was wondering HOW they managed to pull over a driverless car. Is the car equipped to stop for police lights? Because the car did a runner even with the lights flashing.

The police should have looked up the number plate on their system and did a call to the company/owner. Otherwise, this is one stunt. Probably set up by the person recording the footage.

I did say delivery "vehicle" and not "driverless car", specifically. But, I have seen videos about Dominos having driverless cars doing pizza deliveries, too.
