I didn't agree with Agnes and Cods on some things that's ok people are allowed to have different opinions.

I remember Annie she hasn't posted for a while i do recall an argument she had with Falah (In Islam section both are muslim Annie by marriage) where Falah said it was OK to have sex with a 9 year old wife which horrified Annie as she had a daughter around that age. That's why I keep posting over and over and over again to LOOK BEYOND GENDER! GENDER doesn't define us! It matters not what's between our legs! What really matters is being tough and strong in life! Look I lost my mum over a year ago and she was just 70. I lost my dad when he was in his 30's. Any idea how angry I am about that? They weren't strong enough to fight back..and win. So that is what drives me now (all the time in fact). So yeah I'll fight back. But I'd much rather talk. Share. Which brings me straight back to the girls. I guess I miss my tribe. I miss the sisterhood. I'm allowed to state that in this topic. I started it precisely for that reason. I miss the girls. Anyway. I'm buggered. Last night I was having an online chat/tit for tat with that multi Nong Unsub. I was also online with my Facebook group AND doing my weekly online Woolworths shopping.

That order was picked up by my hubby en route from the office late this afternoon. I spent $210. Not sure if this pic comes through but if it doesn't then I'll just state this : Never ever get into a tit for tat with UnSub of an evening whilst trying to do your grocery shopping. Why? You too might end up with 14 bottles of shampoo and conditioner and a husband asking you WTF???

Re clothes ... we girls love shopping online for clothes. In fact I'm looking at Katie's and Myers atm. Sale items are my favourite category. I've got a $20 Myers 1 voucher as I'm
a Myers 1 club member and it has a use by date today so I'd like to get rid of. I'm looking for something under $100 (to give as a present to my daughter).

Now that I think of it ... JB Hi Fi is hubby's go to place for games and DVDs etc. He takes the kids there every so often and they buy all sorts of stuff. They have half yearly sales I think.

As for books and magazines ---> Big W mainly OR online. Big W has regular bargains every so often and I buy up big time. As a rewards member I collect points when I spend money at Big W and of course Woolworths.

Edit : I have a checklist of comparison sites which target the best deals in town for anything we want or need. I save a lot of money because I order after sourcing the best price available for a certain product online AND that comes to me .... with free delivery. So the added bonus is : no petrol costs AND no risk of contracting Covid19.

Hmmm - I just checked my rewards a/c with Woolworths. Not bad IMO because I buy from Big W or Woolworths when stuff is on sale and I've been given $740 cash back (so far) for doing so.

And ....I'm about to get another $10 off my next shop (2000 points = $10 cash back)

I use my Woolworths rewards card whenever I fuel up my car AND one of my boss' work cars. I pay for my own fuel with my car, of course. And I scan my WW rewards card also when using the fuel card to fill up the work car. So, that is basically free extra rewards points from a bludging activity at work.

Marketplace on facebook is the go-to section to get good deals. I go to opt shops for my DVD tv series collections. I go to opt shops to get rid of excess/unwanted DVDs. Bookstores are good if you want to find something specific. But, I do the fishpond.com.au searches for hard to find books. And I do not even bother with finding games in stores. I have bought Nintendo, SuperNintendo and SegaMegadrive Minis for a total of $200, in the last 2 years. That is something like 100 various games on three consoles. Plus, you can install free mobile games on your phone.

What I really miss were those book fairs and DVD fairs we had at the Rockhampton Showgrounds. Pick up some DVDs for $2 each. Or some cheap books. My house is overstocked with books. I will have to go back to the opt shops and donate some of them.
