An appeal of his case by the UQ Senate Disciplinary Appeals Committee upheld two of the initial charges and reduced his suspension to one semester.[10] The Queensland Crime and Corruption Commission rejected an application by Pavlou alleging the university's chancellor and vice-chancellor, Peter Høj and Peter Varghese, had engaged in "corrupt conduct", citing no supporting evidence.[11] Pavlou returned to UQ in early 2021.[12][13][10] |
