The other day I was at a gathering of local school teachers (I am not an educator) here in Georgia and they were all ... FAT. Every last one of them. BMI & circumference sure has changed since I was in school.

Yeah, and F A T f - ks are usually Republican, uneducated, racist, and terminally stupid. Saw a family the other day at a local grocery store right-wing monkeys 'cumplanuin abou' Bidun's economee' with double and triple chins all of them buying nothing but processed food and sugar-coated snacks.

Usually, I don't care about F A T buggers other than how I find them to be utterly disgusting and repulsive people but the real problem is they are becoming another crisis in America - especially in the health sector. Hey, if a person wants to eat doughnuts and McDonald's Big Craps all day I say let them.

Which leads me to Democrats being such pussies. What America needs right now is a 'Purge Law' where you can legally hunt down F A T buggers one night of the year. I know, shooting fish in a barrel because it not like many of them can run much less hide anywhere.

Think how fashionable that would be. Hacking up F A T meat for the betterment of society. Something like this:

I'm not a chubby chaser. Both me wife and I have a bmi in the healthy range.

I grew up with the idea that fast food was a once-a-week thing. Pizza was a Friday night thing. The rest of the week, the meals were a variety of meat and vegetable combinations. Sometimes it was savoury spaghetti. We had the roast on a Sunday. Generally, the meals were relatively healthy.

My go-to drink was usually cordial. I do not know why I drank cordial so often. I guess I was allowed. I kept drinking that regularly until I was about 18 years old. When I got a casual job, I had a bottle of made-up cordial to drink during the quick breaks. Not having time to do much else, my health took a tumble.

I had my first McDonalds meal when I was 11 years old. A McDonalds opened up in 1994 across the road from my school when I was 15 years old. You can imagine lunch times had issues with students crossing the highway to get to McDonalds, breaking the school rule of leaving the school grounds. But, McDonalds was not a thing until I went to university. A meal at the university cafeteria would set me back $15. A meal from McDonalds would set me back $10. KFC was a go-to meal for me after working 6 hour lunch shifts. After expanding my waist line by 25kg, I decided to change to Subway. I lost at least 20kg inside 3 months.

But, over the years of adulthood, having alcohol every week was such the norm that I have given up caring about how fat I get. That is until you wake up feeling ill from the condition. People give you a difficult time for being overweight. Being obese is something that attracts the ridicule. I do not like it. But, I have to do something about it.

the theory is that walking forward all the time makes your leg unbalanced

I did not manage to do the 7km ruck. I got about 500 metres from home and found that my shoulder was unusually sore. I switched to a 4km ruck, where (at the halfway point) I sat at a bus stop for an hour playing a mobile phone game. 7 degrees in the morning and I am just literally chilling. I got up after and continue home. I put my tv show on. I had some kiwi fruit, oranges, and then a bowl of rolled oats. I actually washed down my medication with some Metamucil. So far, I am not clenching my butt cheeks together holding on for a number 2.

I ride motor bikes, I've ridden horses, I body board, I kayak, I snorkel, I mountain bike, I used to shoot both guns and archery, I body board and a whole raft of other things, and I'm telling you that you are full of crap.
