For some reason, it has become the mission of left-wing billionaire George Soros to destroy America, despite the fact that it has greatly contributed to his wealth and he has made the U.S. his home.

That much is evident by his continued financing of campaigns for Marxists running for district attorney in major American cities.

For years now, Soros’ candidates — all of whom run under the banner of the Democratic Party — have been winning their races in cities like St. Louis, New York City, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. And once they are in office, the new DAs implement ‘reforms’ that include getting rid of cash bail and refusing to charge or prosecute people for increasingly violent crimes. The effect of these soft-on-crime policies was predictable: Not only has violence and crime risen, but criminals are becoming increasingly brazen.

Case in point: Daytime heists of high-end retailers are common now in these major cities, featuring gangs of thieves who pull up in several vehicles, run hooded and disguised into stores, and rapidly steal expensive items like handbags, jewelry, clothing, and other items — most of which show up for sale online. These groups operate very quickly and are usually in and out of stores before police arrive — not that the Soros DAs would charge them, anyway.

The thefts are becoming so commonplace that retailers and their lobbying organizations are pleading with authorities to actually enforce laws and reverse many of the so-called “reforms” that they say, correctly, have led to the brazen robberies by young people who have no fear of repercussions.

“Retail theft is becoming a national crisis, hurting businesses in every state and the communities they serve,” said Neil Bradley, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s chief policy officer, in a letter to Congress in March. “We call on policymakers to tackle this problem head-on before it gets further out of control. No store should have to close because of theft.”

Meanwhile, law enforcement officials are also fed up with the revolving door in jails and lockups.

Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva has frequently blamed radical Democrats and left-wing prosecutors, saying that they “live in this ‘woke palace’ where they’re not affected by the policies, but the average person IS impacted by them.”

No, dear, if you get all your secretaries of state elected around the country like that, any dodgy electors they send in will get turfed by the inevitable legal challenges and, in many states, criminally charged.

Abroad, our allies and neutrals are distancing themselves from America—France, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, India, Turkey, South Korea—on the Ukraine War, China, the dollar as the global currency, and our popular culture.

We moved past sensible a long time ago and the ridiculous hasn't worked either. I have a .22 revolver that I keep in a safe and yesterday I took it out to make sure it was still in pristine condition. It was loaded and in all the months it has been left there it never once discharged. I guess I have a well behaved firearm. It hasn't tried to harm anyone in all that time! Now that I think about it I don't know of any firearm that has fired itself except the one Alec Baldwin pointed at his camera crew. What an evil gun that must have been.

I voted in Texas today and I was really impressed with the new voting system:

1) You present an ID
2) Your ID is scanned and confirmed electronically and you have to recite the address on the ID from memory
3) You sign your name that the ID is yours
4) You are given a code and a blank paper ballot
5) You go to a voting booth
6) You input your code in the voting machine
7) You input your blank ballot in the voting machine
8) You select your votes
9) You review and confirm your votes
10) The voting machine then prints your votes on the blank paper ballot
11) You take the now printed paper ballot to a scanner that scans the ballot and automatically drops it into a box

If you skip any step your vote is void.
Tampering of the vote count will be known because the paper ballot count serves as a check on the electronic vote and the electronic vote serves as a check on the paper ballot count.
The paper ballots can be audited.

Total win in my book!

If the 2020 election was conducted this way in every State no one could claim voter fraud. (of course the winners and losers would have been different) Show us how wrong we are by using this system for the entire country in every future election!

I voted in Texas today and I was really impressed with the new voting system: 1) You present an ID 2) Your ID is scanned and confirmed electronically and you have to recite the address on the ID from memory 3) You sign your name that the ID is yours 4) You are given a code and a blank paper ballot 5) You go to a voting booth 6) You input your code in the voting machine 7) You input your blank ballot in the voting machine 8) You select your votes 9) You review and confirm your votes 10) The voting machine then prints your votes on the blank paper ballot 11) You take the now printed paper ballot to a scanner that scans the ballot and automatically drops it into a box If you skip any step your vote is void. Tampering of the vote count will be known because the paper ballot count serves as a check on the electronic vote and the electronic vote serves as a check on the paper ballot count. The paper ballots can be audited. Total win in my book! If the 2020 election was conducted this way in every State no one could claim voter fraud. (of course the winners and losers would have been different) Show us how wrong we are by using this system for the entire country in every future election!

In this case I am going to take the Liberal viewpoint. I "feel" that people in Prison must belong there or they wouldn't have been sent there. I don't know anyone in Prison, I'm not related to anyone who has ever been in Prison. To me it is a non issue except for the political prisoners held without trial from January 6th!

I don't understand why some of you believe a firearm has some magical power to make good people do bad things. The best way to reduce crime is to be able to shoot back without fear of the legal system punishing people for it!
