Don't know what to make of this. Coming from Joe makes it suspicious.
Can anyone confirm or refute any of this ? |

I'm not even watching Joe Rogan because I am not an idiot LOL!! All companies try to sell their products. I would agree we need to make sure doctors are not influenced by pharma companies but I don't for a second think any pharma company hates money enough to sell a product they know harms people |

You're as fkuing stupid as the day is long. You're probably also obese, have type 2 diabetes and undergoing cognitive decline. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-08-02/allegations-of-scientific-fraud-alzheimers-research/101289780 |

It is literally because I am not brain dead trash. I am vaguely aware he's right wing gargage but, in general, I don't get my opinion from populist you tube channels. |

No I know that Joe is a dope of the highest order but that does not mean that his guest is wrong on this topic. Just asking is there anything reliable that supports this story. |

Me too. I will look at a reliable source, but if this is all you have, it's BS |

Typically the best option however this is almost all Joe's guest explaining the situation. Still would like to know if it is real or more typical of anything that Joe is pushing, its not clear to me at this point. |

You have every reason to be suspicious. Rogan is the purveyor of a litany of misrepresentation, half truths, conspiracy theories, and blatant lies. I'm guessing his head connected with the canvas all too often LOL. And of Max Lugavere, Wikipedia says this: Lugavere promotes a low-carbohydrate diet of grass-fed beef, free-range chicken and pasture-raised or omega-3 enriched eggs with low-carbohydrate fibrous vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and salt. In May 2018, Lugavere and Paul Grewal co-authored the book Genius Foods which discusses the link between diet and brain health. In 2018, Jonathan Jarry of McGill University's Office for Science and Society analysed Lugavere's health-related claims in his book, Genius Foods, and podcast, and concluded that Lugavere lacked the credentials to accurately interpret the scientific literature used to substantiate his health claims, and acknowledged Lugavere's business ambitions. Jarry noted that "Lugavere appears like a proponent of common-sense solutions to ill health—better nutrition, exercise and sleep—but it’s only when you start to trust him that he reveals himself to be a naive believer in anything that has a study behind it. His book has received endorsements from people like Dr. Oz (!) and "functional medicine" proponent Mark Hyman (!) and this company is telling. |
