Matt Walsh has detailed a doctor's promotion of transgender surgeries as a "big money maker" for Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC).

Videos obtained by Walsh also show apparent threats made against VUMC medical professionals who objected to the procedures, even for religious reasons.

Vanderbilt opened its trans clinic in 2018. During a lecture the same year, Dr. Shayne Taylor explained how she convinced Nashville to get into the gender transition game. She emphasized that it's a "big money maker," especially because the surgeries require a lot of "follow ups"

Vanderbilt was apparently concerned that not all of its staff would be on board. Dr. Ellen Clayton warned that "conscientious objections" are "problematic." Anyone who decides not to be involved in transition surgeries due to "religious beliefs" will face "consequences"

In case the objectors hadn't gotten the memo, Vanderbilt unveiled a program called "Trans Buddies." The "buddies" are trans activists from the community who attend appointments with trans patients, monitoring the doctors to guard against "unsafe" behavior such as misgendering

Ironic that there are laws and strong community proscriptions against cruelty to animals.

But child mutilation? Not even with the mounting evidence of irreparable damage done to children is it enough to sway the enablers of this kind of child abuse.

But proscription will come, in the form of massive reparations and criminal liability.

And when they come, many will need to search their souls for why they allowed this 40s-style butchery to occur, or enabled it, or supported it, or where they were and what they were doing and thinking when it did.

Will it be a case of 'We didn't know it was really happening, nor in our name'?
