Title: Georgia Jury - Trump Inquiry Multiple Indictments
Post by AusGeoff on Feb 23rd, 2023 at 4:11am
A special grand jury that investigated election interference by failed former
president Donald Trump and his allies in Georgia recommended indictments
for multiple people on a range of charges in its final report, most of which
remains sealed, the forewoman of the jury has said.  “It is not a short list,”
Emily Kohrs, said in an interview.

Jury Recommends Multiple Trump Indictments.

A focal point of the Atlanta inquiry is a call that Trump made on 2 January 2021,
to Brad Raffensperger, the Georgia secretary of state, in which he pressed
Raffensperger, a fellow Republican, to recalculate the results and “find” 11,780
votes, or enough to overturn his loss in the state.

Apparently in the US—bizarrely—a person can run as a POTUS candidate from
jail, so it may not be all bad news for Trump.

President Trump told members at his Trump National Bedminster golf club he has
spent so much time there recently because "that White House is a real dump,"
Golf magazine reported on 2 August 2017.

The forewoman of the Georgia grand jury that investigated former President Donald Trump and allies for election interference in the 2020 presidential race said jurors urged a prosecutor to charge multiple people with a range of crimes.

The forewoman, Emily Kohrs, was coy when asked if the grand jury had recommended charging Trump himself in connection with his efforts to overturn his election loss in Georgia, The New York Times reported.

You won’t be too surprised,” said Kohrs.    :)

A question:  Is a person who claims to be Wiccan, and "believes" in
the power of spells any less rational than a Christian who believes in
supernatural entities (God or gods) or paranormal phenomena (miracles)?

Why is it that the wider community (generally) respects Christianity as
a "legitimate" religion, but mocks Wicca as a silly, nonsensical "religion",
considering that both stem primarily from beliefs in the supernatural.

Is not each just as ludicrous as the other?

Nobody dreams of Trump.

Maybe the women who have accused him of sexually assaulting them but those dreams are called nightmares.
