Bank records newly obtained by his House Oversight Committee show that Hunter Biden associate Rob Walker transferred north of $1.3 million in 2017 not only to usual suspects Hunter and presidential little brother Jim but also to daughter-in-law Hallie (son Beau’s widow; Hunter’s brief fling) — plus an unknown simply tagged as “Biden.”

The family that gets paid together stays together, it seems.

Most of that big chunk of change came from a $3 million transfer from an affiliate of Chinese energy outfit CEFC to Walker. CEFC, now defunct, was one of China’s biggest private companies and a main target of Hunter Biden’s operations back in 2017, with the First Son angling for a ultra-high-paid board seat and equity stakes for him and Jim and an unnamed “big guy” widely thought to be Joe.

The new records cast further light on just how inextricably commingled Biden family life is with the larger business operations of the clan.

There’s no possible legit reason Hallie Biden, who works as a school counselor, should have gotten a slice of the CEFC payout.

But this is tradition for the Bidens.

Jim has been selling family influence for decades — getting sweet-deal loans during his brother’s days on the Senate Banking Committee; allegedly telling the executives of a hedge fund he purchased in 2006 that “We’ve got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden.”
And after law school Hunter plainly began “studying” under Jim as a younger partner to eventually take over the “firm.”

Then there’s that mysterious last-name-only “Biden” listed as a recipient.

Might this be Joe himself?

Biden’s said that he knows nothing about Hunter’s business dealings, but the new revelations prove this is BS.

Plus, he’s been fingered as the “big guy” by Hunter’s biz partner turned whistleblower Tony Bobulinski — and as such, due a proposed 10% cut of the CEFC deal. 

And then the $64,000 question: What, exactly, was People’s Liberation Army-adjacent CEFC buying?

The smart bet is “influence.”

While these funds did not flow until after Joe’s veep term ended, Hunter and Jim were setting the deal up while he was still in office.

The latest revelations also blow apart Rep. Jamie Raskin’s pathetic deflection — that the House GOP was trying to dig up old receipts for pizza and Starbucks — and show both how vital this probe is to restore trust in government and how instrumental Comer’s been in exposing the Biden mafia.

And he’s just getting started.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer revealed on Thursday that on March 1, 2017 — less than two months after Joe Biden left office as Barack Obama’s vice president — State Energy HK Limited, a firm affiliated with Chinese Communist Party-backed energy company CEFC China Energy, wired $3 million to Biden family associate Rob Walker.

The windfall was subsequently divvied up over a period of about three months to at least three members of the Biden clan, and two Biden family associates.

Here’s how the $3 million from China was distributed, according to Comer (R-Ky.):

James Gilliar: $1,065,000

Gilliar, a former British special forces officer with ties to UK intelligence services, was a business partner of Hunter Biden’s.

His company, European Energy and Infrastructure Group (EEIG) in Abu Dhabi, was wired his share of the funds by Walker the day after the initial $3 million payment by State Energy HK Limited.

The Post exclusively reported in October 2020 that Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop included a May 2017 email from Gilliar proposing that the “big guy” get 10% of the CEFC deal.

The “big guy” is allegedly President Biden.

John “Rob” Walker: $869,308

The Biden family associate’s Robinson Walker LLC bank account appears to have kept what was left of the $3 million Chinese wire transfer after nearly identical sums of $1,065,000 and $1,065,692 were distributed by Walker to Gilliar and members of the Biden family, respectively.

Walker is a former Clinton administration official whose wife, Betsy Massey Walker, was an assistant to second lady Jill Biden during Joe Biden’s vice presidency.

Hunter Biden: $610,692

The first son’s Owasco PC and RSTP II, LLC accounts, as well as a First Clearing LLC account that the committee believes belongs to Hunter Biden, received six wires between March 27, 2017, and April 18, 2017, from Robinson Walker LLC in amounts ranging from $10,692 to $300,000.

A spokesperson for Hunter Biden’s legal team said Thursday that “Hunter Biden, a private citizen with every right to pursue his own business endeavors, joined several business partners in seeking a joint venture with a legitimate energy company in China.

“Hunter received his portion of good faith seed funds which he shared with his uncle, James Biden, and Hallie Biden … and nobody else.”

Hunter Biden and his uncle James Biden were paid some $4.8 million from CEFC China Energy between 2017 and 2018, according to prior reporting on Hunter’s abandoned laptop.

The Oversight Committee notes that on Nov. 9, 2015, Robinson Walker LLC wired $59,900 to one of Hunter Biden’s accounts and another $59,900 to Gilliar’s EEIG account.

The committee is unsure what company was responsible for initially wiring these funds, totaling $179,836.86, to Walker’s account.

James Biden: $360,000

The president’s brother received five payments between $15,000 and $125,000 from April 3, 2017, to May 18, 2017. The money was transferred by Walker into James Biden’s JBBSR INC account.

James Biden’s work with HillStone International, a subsidiary of construction management firm Hill International, has also come under scrutiny.

Last month, a sworn affidavit claimed that the now-first brother leveraged his famous last name to get construction firm Hill International out of a business deal with the Saudi government.

The first brother allegedly told a private investigator that he was often tapped to represent Hill in meetings “because, of course, the name didn’t hurt” and that he had attended a February 2012 meeting with Saudi officials “because of his position and relationship” with his older brother.

The private investigator, former Treasury Department official Thomas Sullivan, noted that after speaking with James, the first brother’s wife, Sara, walked Sullivan to his car and revealed that her husband and his older brother Joe were very close and that according to Sullivan, “they told each other everything.”

Sara Biden also told Sullivan that “he doesn’t like us talking to people,” the ex-Treasury man recalled — an apparent reference to Joe.

Hallie Biden: $25,000

The widow of Beau Biden, who died of brain cancer in 2015, and the mother of two of the president’s grandchildren, Natalie and Robert Hunter, dated the president’s disgraced son Hunter from around 2016 to 2019, a timeframe that included the Chinese dealings.

According to the committee, Hallie Biden received two separate payments from Walker’s account in March 2017 totaling $25,000.

She also apparently received $10,000 from Walker in February 2017, before the $3 million Chinese payment.

Unknown Biden: $70,000

Four payments were made to an “unknown Biden,” according to the committee, between March 6, 2017, and May 17, 2017. The payments ranged from $5,000 to $25,000.

Chairman Comer Says Oversight Committee Found: "Six New Biden Family Members Involved in Shady Foreign Transactions"

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer detailed some of the new findings from the ongoing investigation of President Biden's family finances during an appearance Monday with FBN's Larry Kudlow.

Comer says there are now nine members of the Biden family suspected to be involved in "shady" international business deals.

"There are thousands of pages of documents relating to financial transactions," he said.

"Let me be very clear. This isn't just about the president's son or the president's brother. We've identified six Biden family members involved in shady foreign transactions that we believe were a direct result of influence-peddling. That brings the number of Biden family members now to nine that were involved in the Biden family influence peddling... This is a family affair. This is something that should be troubling to every American. What we've learned from going through these records is there are a lot of additional LLCs, and a lot of additional bank accounts that we didn't know prior to going to the Treasury. We've learned a lot. This investigation is ongoing. And I can tell you, this is very serious, and the president of the United States is going to have a very hard time explaining how so many of his family members have received so much money from our adversaries around the word."

"Stay tuned" on what involvement President Biden himself had, Comer said.

"I've already issued six subpoenas to banks, I already have those bank records in hand. Now we're looking at additional banks because we learned of new accounts and new LLCs that we didn't know existed," Comer said.

"We really can't tell what these LLCs did other than launder deposits from our adversaries around the world back to the Bidens."

"Can you subpoena the family members?" Kudlow asked Comer.

Comer continued: "Well, we're going to where the evidence leads us... We're going to find out exactly how protected by the Justice Department [the Biden's family is]."

"There is going to get to a point where the mainstream media and [attorney general] Merrick Garland can not continue to turn a blind eye to this. This is strange. It's illegal. There are no laws that allow family members to profit from a high-ranking government official to the tune of what this family has done," he said.

"We've already got more information than the critics thought we would get, and this information leads to more information."

An IRS agent is seeking whistleblower protections to come forward with information in the ongoing criminal investigation of Hunter Biden, according to a letter from the agent's attorney.

The letter, first reported by The Wall Street Journal and later obtained by CBS News, was sent to a list of congressional members on both sides of the aisle on Wednesday by attorney Mark Lytle, who is representing the unnamed agent. According to the letter, the career IRS criminal supervisory special agent has information that the investigation has been hindered by "preferential treatment and politics."

Several outlets, including the Journal, have confirmed that the investigation is the tax probe of Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden's son. Federal prosecutors have been investigating the president's son for several years regarding taxes and a statement pertaining to a firearm purchase.

"Despite serious risks of retaliation, my client is offering to provide you with information necessary to exercise your constitutional oversight function and wishes to make the disclosures in a non-partisan manner to the leadership of the relevant committees on both sides of the political aisle," Lytle wrote in the letter.

Newsweek has contacted Lytle via email for comment.

The recipients of Lytle's letter include Representative James Comer, a Republican from Kentucky and chairman of the House Oversight Committee, who has previously accused the Biden family of having ties to businesses overseas. Comer said in a statement Wednesday that the news about the IRS whistleblower is "deeply concerning," adding that the Oversight Committee "has been following the Bidens' tangled web of complex corporate and financial records."

A man serving as a supervising agent on a 'high-profile' criminal tax probe has come forward seeking whistleblower protections while claiming politics are 'improperly infecting decisions' in the investigation.

And in the latest Biden family matter to draw scrutiny in Congress, the matter has been identified as being about the president's son, Hunter Biden.

A lawyer representing the unidentified whistleblower wrote senators as well as inspectors general for the Justice Departments and the Treasury Department on Wednesday.

People familiar with the matter told the Wall Street Journal the probe related to the president's son, who just returned from a trip to Ireland where he accompanied the president on a family reunion.

The protected disclosures 'contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee' and 'involve failure to mitigate clear conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the case,' according to attorney Mark Lytle of Nixon Peabody.

They also 'detail preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals in similar circumstances if the subject were not politically connected,' Lytle wrote, in a letter obtained by DailyMail.com.

He said his client is a career IRS Criminal Supervisor Special Agent who has been overseeing the 'sensitive investigation of a high-profile, controversial subject' since 2020.

He has already shared information with the Treasury's IG for Tax Administration, and the DOJ's IG, and wants to provide further information to Congress, where House and Republican-led committees and GOP senators have already been probing the president's son.

So what are the Chinese getting in return for all this money paid to the Bidens?

For a start, they get to fly a spy balloon across the US from coast to coast, over sensitive military bases etc, without fear that it will be shot down UNTIL it's finished its mission.

The Chinese government has claimed that the stations provide vital services to its citizens living abroad, though the report notes that many of the services are those that would be traditionally carried out by an overseas embassy. Instead, the report argues that the stations have been used to enhance China’s overseas law enforcement capabilities in possible violation of international law.

The report also outlines the potential human rights abuses associated with the stations, including using harassment and intimidation methods, such as threatening the family members of the overseas citizens. The stations have also served as centers to spread Chinese government propaganda and monitor the behavior and opinions of Chinese nationals.

FBI arrests two New Yorkers accused of running covert Chinese police station

The FBI has arrested two men accused of running a covert station for China’s police force in New York, and using it as a base to track Chinese dissidents living in the US.

The station, in Manhattan’s Chinatown, was allegedly set up in February 2022 and operated by Beijing’s ministry of public security (MPS) as part of a campaign of transnational repression against Chinese pro-democracy activists and other political opponents around the world.

The justice department also announced charges on Monday against 40 MPS officers and four others for allegedly running an internet troll operation against dissidents in the US, creating fake social media accounts to harass them and recruiting an employee at an unnamed US telecoms company to have a pro-democracy activist removed from the platform. The officers, thought to be in China, are alleged to be members of an MPS unit, the “912 special project working group”, dedicated to the pursuit of dissidents abroad.

The alleged secret police station in New York was raided in October, and on Monday morning the FBI arrested two New Yorkers suspected of running it.

China has insisted that the New York site and similar offices around the world are run by volunteers and are not connected with the police. On Tuesday a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson again denied all accusations of an overseas police presence and accused the US of making “groundless accusations”.

Breon Peace, the US attorney for the eastern district of New York, said there was now evidence of direct ties between Chinese police and the New York site.

“Two miles from our office, just across the Brooklyn Bridge, this nondescript office building in the heart of bustling Chinatown in lower Manhattan had a dark secret until several months ago. An entire floor of this building hosted an undeclared police station of the Chinese national police,” Peace said.

The station provided some Chinese government services, like helping renew driving licences, but failed to register with the justice department as agents of a foreign government, the charges said.

“More troubling though is the fact that the secret police station appears to have had a more sinister use,” Peace said. “On at least one occasion, an official with the Chinese national police directed one of the defendants, a US citizen who worked at the secret police station, to help locate a pro-democracy activist of Chinese descent living in California. In other words, the Chinese national police appear to be using the station to track a US resident on US soil.”

Rep. Comer: Revelations Coming on Bidens

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., said Monday that at his committee's Wednesday press conference, the American public will learn that there are "a lot" of Bidens involved in "this influence-peddling scheme," including President Joe Biden, who has concealed his role in the enterprise.

Seven in ten Americans say an alleged bribery and influence peddling scheme involving President Joe Biden, his son, Hunter, and other family members amounts to a scandal, new polling shows.

The Rasmussen Reports survey comes as House Republicans ratchet up their probe into allegations that the Bidens received millions of dollars in payments from foreign entities in China and Romania.

The nationwide poll of nearly 1,000 voters found that 69 percent said alleged foreign influence peddling by the Bidens was a serious scandal, with more than half calling it 'very serious'.

Worse still for the president: it's not just Republican voters who see impropriety here.

Nearly nine-in-ten Republican voters call out wrongdoing by the Bidens, but the same goes for some three quarters of independents and nearly half of supporters of the president's own Democratic Party.

The survey was carried out nationwide on May 8-10, as Republicans on the House Oversight Committee gave an update on the Biden family's 'shady' business deals.

The committee led by Chairman James Comer released a 'Second Records Memorandum' that expands on information it received from subpoena returns as the committee probes the Biden family's business practices.

The memo outlines the Biden family's ties to Romanian 'influence peddling' and a web of LLCs created while Biden was vice president.

It also accuses President Biden of a 'lack of transparency' regarding his family's receipt of funds from China, which he has said are 'not true.'

It details the efforts by the family to hide, conceal and confuse sources of money — including more China money, according to a committee aide.

'These numbers are just going to go up,' said Rasmussen's top pollster, Mark Mitchell.

'Bit by bit, more of what Joe Biden has done is going to leak out ... and it's going to get increasingly uncomfortable for the Biden administration.'

FD-1023 doesn't contain proof of anything, as the FBI has told the committee all along. It's an unnamed source, presumably an American lawyer or business consultant, going to the FBI with records of meetings with Burisma executives and phone calls with exiled Russian gas oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, in 2015/6.

Zlochevsky says he has no evidence of Biden bribes, but refers the source to the US government, who might. He lists 17 "recordings" of the Bidens heaving him to pay up, none quoted. The source lists all the previously reported rumours - five million to one Biden, five million to the other; the reference to a "big guy"; the rationale for Burisma employing a clueless Hunter Biden to "protect them through his dad from all kinds of problems"; and the totally unsupported claim that Zlochevsky paid off the Bidens to demand the sacking of corrupt Ukranian prosecutor Shokin.

All previously reported claims, all of them fleshed out in the first Trump impeachment trial in Jan/Feb, 2020.

But note the date the source came to the FBI with the claims:30/06/2020. That's four years after he spoke with Zlochevsky, and oh:

Four months before the 2020 election.

Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Chris Clark, admitted in court Wednesday the president’s son received $664,000 from CEFC China Energy Co. in 2017, contradicting President Joe Biden’s claim Hunter Biden never received money from a Chinese entity.

During a hearing before U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, Clark revealed Hunter made over one million dollars in foreign business transactions, including $664,000 from CEFC, a company linked to the CCP and Chinese intelligence.

Clark confirmed additional income from Hunter Biden’s business ventures, including $500,000 in director’s fees from his ventures with Burisma Holdings, a company whose executive told an FBI informant he bribed Hunter and President Joe Biden each with $5 million:

From 2017 to 12 2019, he served on the board of a Ukrainian energy company and a Chinese private equity fund. He further negotiated and executed contracts for business and legal services that paid millions of dollars of compensation to him and/or his domestic corporations, Owasco, PC and Owasco, LLC. Through at least early 2017, he also was employed by a prestigious multi-national law firm in an ‘of counsel’ capacity. For this work, he earned substantial income, totaling more than $2.3 million in 2017 and $2.1 million in 2018.

Clark also said the younger Biden made” $70,000 relating to a Romanian business; and $48,000 from the multi-national law firm.”

The money received by Hunter Biden contradicts Joe Biden’s claims his son never received money from a Chinese entity.

“Hunter Biden’s business associate sent over a million dollars to three of your family members. Any reaction to that?” a reporter asked Joe Biden in March.

“That’s not true,” the president said.

In the 2020 election cycle, the president told voters on the debate stage he nor his son ever made money from a Chinese entity. Instead, Biden accused former President Donald Trump of making money from China.

“My son has not made money in terms of this thing about, what are you talking about, China,” Biden said. “The only guy who made money from China is this guy [Donald Trump]. He’s the only one. Nobody else has made money from China.”

The House Oversight Committee James Comer (R-KY) revealed the Biden family business, over the course of several years, received over $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling. In addition, Burisma paid the Biden family business $7.3 million over the course of many years, including when Joe Biden was vice president, IRS agent Joseph Ziegler told Congress last week.

Suspicious Activity Reports obtained by the committee revealed a Biden associate, Rob Walker, received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC China Energy Co. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer.

The committee is investigating the entities that accepted and passed money through to the Biden business. The Biden business opened more than 20 shell companies to hide payments and launder money, Comer said in July.

Some of you seem to be the most financially ignorant people I have ever come across. When someone puts their money in an investment company it still remains theirs the same as if you had a CD at a Bank. Everyone still owns their original investment plus or minus growth or loss plus expenses.

783rd Impeachable Offense By Biden Will Be The Last Straw
