Yes.  I've always loved black pudding.  I slice the sausage
in half— lengthwise—and fry it in bacon fat.

We can only buy the commercial variety, as where we live
we can't source pig's blood, or sausage casings.  I'd make
it if we could, but the lack of a stuffing machine might be
a roadblock as well.

At Coles or Woolies you're looking at around $33 per kg if
they've got it...  big IF unfortunately ATM.

Continental delis be the go. No problem sourcing it in the Adelaide Central Market, here I would have to ask the bulk butcher for pigs blood.
