Title: Albo the illegitimate PM
Post by Boris on Mar 25th, 2023 at 11:26am
He is an Italian Citizen and not able to sit in the Australian Parliament.

Anthony Albanese was interviewed by the Communist Party of Australia newspaper in 1991. He is pictured in the paper here.
*Albanese was leader of the 'hard left' faction of NSW Labor in the 1980s
*Praised 'comrades who struggled before us' to put left-wing policies into action.

Quote:
Veteran Labor MP Anthony Albanese says his citizenship status is clear: he is solely Australian and was never eligible to become an Italian by descent

Are you off your meds again Boris?      :D

Albanese was born in Sydney, so by virtue of birth, he's a dinky-di.

Children of Italian migrants are able to claim Italian citizenship.  I was born here, I can claim it. My parents having given up their citizenship to become Aussies cannot. Like me, Albo can claim it if he wished to. It doesn't however happen automatically  . Unless you claim it it isn't granted.

A quick google suggests Albanese, by publicly recognising the senior Albanese as his biological parent, has assumed Italian citizenship

It's been widely discussed before but is being kept on the down low by the media since Albanese assumed the office of Australian prime minister

What really irks is the fact Albanese billed the taxpayer for the numerous trips he took to Italy to find his biological father, accompanied by several others

Why aren't the nationals and libs raising the issue of Albanese's dual citizenship?  Maybe it's because they're all rats from the same nest
