Title: PM Albanese Sucking Up To King Charles

PM ALBANESE SUCKING UP TO KING CHARLES IS BEYOND EMBARRASSING
2023-05-05
greens.org.au
The Australian Greens have announced Deputy Leader Senator Mehreen Faruqi as their new spokesperson on the Republic.

Senator Faruqi has criticised Prime Minister Albanese for his decision to attend King Charles’ coronation and pledge allegiance to the new monarch.

Senator Faruqi said:

“The only reason Prime Minister Albanese should be going to the UK to meet King Charles is to tell him that we are finally cutting the apron strings.

“Now would be the perfect time to double down on becoming a republic, but instead the Prime Minister is swearing loyalty to an outdated institution.

“During a brutal cost of living and housing crisis, it is disgusting that the Prime Minister has made it a priority to fly to the UK to bask in the excesses, pomp and pageantry of an institution so out of touch with everyday people.

“The British Monarchy and their obscene wealth is a racist, colonial institution built on the blood, backs and stolen wealth of brown and black people. The violent legacies of British colonialism are felt by people and countries all over the globe, including here in Australia, a nation born of dispossession and violence.

“More and more of us are waking up to the historic crimes of the British Royal Family and wanting to cut ties with the British Monarchy. But while nations like Barbados are becoming a republic and speaking truth about empire, the Prime Minister is taking us backwards with his cringeworthy behaviour.

“Pledging allegiance to the head of another country is woeful. We should have an Australian head of state.

“Becoming a republic is an important step towards achieving racial justice on this continent. Moving to a republic has to be done hand in hand with truth-telling and Treaty for First Nations people.

“Prime Minister Albanese’s tepid commitment to the republic movement is yet another example of Labor trying to have it both ways."

The prime minister of any Commonwealth country has a tradition of attending Royal occasions, especially the Coronation. In this case, our PM is supposed to be above politics, as representative of all Australians. And while the Greens bleat on about this, they only show how crass and unstatesmanlike they are. As for any oath taken by Albanese, I have not seen it, and the accusation may be a lie.

The PM did what PMs do.

Greens are an embarrassing side show.

Royalty is a waste of money – all symbolic.
All the Queen’s or King’s representatives –
the Governor of Victoria or the Governor General do is rubber stamp legislation.
It’s an expensive rubber stamp.
Only 2 bills of parliament were ever stopped in Victoria by the Governor 170 years ago:

http://classic.austlii.edu.au/au/journals/SydLawRw/2007/3.pdf

The Governor of Victoria, having objected to two Bills passed by Parliament in the 1850s,
received advice from the colonial government to refuse assent to them.
These are the only occasions on which the Royal assent has been refused locally in Victoria,
and one of the very few such incidents in Australian history.

No - it's just another rubber stamp:

with limited powers to safeguard and maintain the constitutional order and resolve political gridlock.

An Australian rubber stamp which resides in Australia, and is not born into the position.

A much, much better (although not perfect) alternative.

I want someone who has the guts to reject unfair legislation -
at least it would have stopped the despot dictator Dan Andrews in Victoria
during the Covid crisis -
he forced people to accept medical procedures against their will
in violation of every human rights charter ever written -
even against the Nuremberg principles that war criminals were hanged for.

The courts are supposed to do that, not to supinely accept any violation of human law that comes down from some deluded government clown locked in an ivory tower echo chamber and thinking some quarter-baked idea is the bee's knees.

The oath of office of a judge is different from that of a copper - a judge vows to treat all equally and fairly according to Law - and that means that every piece of legislation that is passed down for consideration must first pass the private bar test of the judiciary as to whether or not it can ever actually be law.  A fine example was the introduction of 'domestic violence laws' that permitted sanction against any individual complained of without that individual ever having been convicted properly (watch those words) of any offence..... hello!!  The courts should have thrown that out at first glance after not bothering to read it twice, since it is a vile abrogation of the fundamental rules of Law as laid down.

Just one example among many ... an example of clear discrimination and of judicial violence against an innocent individual..... nowhere legal in our type of world...

On the other hand - to cap this off - the oath of a police person is to 'uphold the law as written' - in other words - they take the same oath as an SS recruit did to Hitler.... and befehlen ist befehlen  .... they are ordered to beat up on men the New Jews in their own country - they do so... they are ordered to go lightly on Coons - they do so..... hello again..... welcome to your nightmare.....

Now then - why is there such underlying unrest in this nation at this time?  Legislative and judicial malfeasance and malevolence against the individual.... always been there since Colonisation as anyone with any experience knows full well... but even more sinister these days than the brute bullying that drove Ned Kelly to revolt, since it is comfrotably in the hands of overpaid public servant fat cats with no idea and of politicians equally bereft of thought and moral and testicular fortitude and more dedicated to sucking up to every divisive little group for a few votes to stay in their comfort for life than in doing the job.

Sack them all and start again, I say.... you young whippersnapers are laughable in your street tantrum revolutionary mode compared to we old bastards who actually know..... we are the true revolutionaries....

12th Commandment - not all legislation passed in the house and then shoved on the people through the courts is legal - then there are administrative decisions such as handing over your national parks to whiners..... even less legal.  Thou shalt not make law that abrogateth My Law, nor shalt thou make decisions without full consultation and consent of My People!

13th Commandment - You are all so Jehovah Damned blind.  Thou shalt lift up thine eyes from thy navel, and open them wide!

The courts aren't doing it.
The Governor in each state has the power to reject legislation but they don't.
They are nothing but parasites accepting their salary to
roll over to the demands of whatever despot is in power every 4 years.
That is not democracy.

Spot On - the 'division of powers' is theoretical only and scarcely exists in reality..... the courts consider themselves simultaneously part of the thin blue line and the thin black line of legislators.... not as independent bodies charged with properly controlling what is and what isn't used as law - and that means they are sworn to outlaw lawfare by individuals or groups or police forces or legislators and to treat all equally.

Fourteenth Commandment - Thou shalt not make of My Law a stick with which to smite your claimed enemy - rather shalt thou use it to enforce peace and equal treatment for all.

Before despots like Dan medical procedures were a sacred
and confidential situation between a doctor and their patient -
elective surgery was decided by doctors not politicians.
That was bulldozed away by Dan even
in violation of the Nuremberg principles on forced medical experiments.
Vaccines normally take 10 years of tests to be approved.
How many innocent people died or were maimed by them?
The federal Govt. and all other States went along for the ride -
it seemed that nothing could stop them - not even the Queen's representatives -
not even the courts - all cases were lost in court.

at least it would have stopped the despot dictator Dan Andrews in Victoria
during the Covid crisis -
he forced people to accept medical procedures against their will
in violation of every human rights charter ever written -
even against the Nuremberg principles that war criminals were hanged for.

Do you want a Head of State who lives here and who is not born into the position?

That would be better -
but I want someone who has the guts to take on the Govt.
when presented with outrageous legislation -
not a rubber stamp.

Read item 3. 129 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice

In recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia:

(1) There shall be a body to be called the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice;

(2) The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice may make representations to the Parliament and the Executive Government of the Commonwealth on matters relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples;

(3) The Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have power to make laws with respect to matters relating to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice, including its composition, functions, powers and procedures

If Australians don't have the "self-esteem" (favourite Republican theme) to reject such Parliamentary power before the Referendum, they certainly will not question anything under a President, and the Republican movement will be a rubber stamp for the whingers and the politically correct. For all their failings, at least the Americans, Russians and French put their lives on the line.

“Pledging allegiance to the head of another country is woeful. We should have an Australian head of state.

Queen of Denmark abdicated, Frederik and Mary will be King and Queen on 14 Jan.

Invite one of their kiddies - all half-Australians -  to be the Monarch of Australia.

Republican debate sorted - Australian head of state.
