yes - I had garlic almost every day and I got only mild symptoms when I had Covid last Xmas.

Ah, so this must be where that idiot at Maddington Central who told my aunt and I a month or so back that we didn't need to wear masks to protect ourselves from Covid and all we needed was garlic got the idea from (and he had some which he took out of his pocket to show us - well, he said it was garlic anyway).  :D

Watch out now for panic buying of garlic to start - just like toilet paper 3 years ago. And more recently, Panadol.  ::)

I'll stick with the proven science of using a high quality mask to stop Covid (and the flu) getting into my body to start with instead of relying on something like garlic to save me after I've been infected.
