GOP state lawmaker arrested in Alabama on felony voter fraud charges

Alabama state Rep. David Cole (Republican) on Tuesday was arrested and charged with voter fraud on accusations he voted in “multiple or unauthorized locations,” according to jail records provided by Madison County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the sheriff’s records, Cole was booked Tuesday afternoon and released on bail amounting to $2,500. The charge is a Class C felony, meaning conviction could result in up to 10 years in prison.

You can absolutely guarantee that any accusations the rethuglicans make about the dems, no matter how ridiculous or outlandish,  are projections of their own actions. Time after time this has proven to be true.

Yep.

It's been proven over and over again that there was not enough voter fraud in the 2020 election to change the results of the election - just isolated cases of a few votes here and there.

“I am not aware of any significant detection of fraud on Election Day, but that’s not surprising,” said Paul Smith, senior vice president of the Campaign Legal Center. “The whole concept of voter impersonation fraud is such a horribly exaggerated problem. It doesn’t change the outcome of the election, it’s a felony, you risk getting put in jail and you have a high possibility of getting caught. It’s a rare phenomena.”

And what has also been proven is that 99% of those voter fraud cases were carried out by Republicans.

It's lawfare, Greggery. What kind of perverted political party creates charges like that? Ten years just for voting?

Ridiculous. Haven't the leftards been trying to increase voter turnout?

Such hypocrites. As ever, it's one law for us and another for the leftards, no?
