2 days after the story posted below, a report from US intilligence dropped that Covid likely came from the wet market.

Seems unlikely.

Especially since the Republicans have obscured all of it from any type of examination.

It also seems that the finding either way was considered low confidence. Basically they were leaning slightly one way or the other but didn't really know.

I am not sure if when considering it may have been from the lab that it does not mean that it is the result of gain of function research as they virtually all rule that out.

The most likely source of the virus is either naturally occuring spread through something like the market or it was still naturally occuring held in the lab and it escaped. The third option is man made and escaped from a lab which is a miniscule possibility.

Both China and the USA have run for cover and are just denying everything -

if they admitted what they did they would be up
for the deaths of 7 million people
and financial damage of up to $100 trillion.

People do realise that if the CIA did pay to have the results changed however unlikely the proposition is that it would have been as the result of political involvement.

The reason would have been to keep the USA and China on a positive footing allowing research into covid in China to continue.

Any such political interference in this period would have had to have been at the hands of the Trump administration.

I personally think it unlikely but if true this is where it leads.

The CIA often operates by not providing the president with details or full disclosure. That way they protect the Commander-in-Chief from involvement and give him the opportunity for plausible deniability.

It would depend on how exposed the US was by any colluding with the Chinese without the president's knowledge.

The CIA is effectively the president's private army or a latter-day Praetorian Guard to the president.

the first variant of Covid was a super deadly bio weapon.
Remember in Italy how young healthy doctors and nurses
were dying in their 100s trying to treat Covid patients?
