Nearly a 1°C change since 1991–2020 mean, less than 20 years previous! This is rapid climate change, rapid global warming.

Spencer reckons the rate of warming is 0.14°C per decade, significantly slower than RSS and the terrestrial series, not surprising since he is a denier.

Since about 2013 it looks like temperatures are rising faster. Must see if I can get a stats program and crunch some numbers. 2013–2023 is only 10 years so can’t say for sure yet.
