Yes they actually accused Hunter of sniffing sawdust it's in his charges, don't know about paper strips but it is possible. Some of his other accusations come from the guy (russian agent) they just locked up. |
Title: Re: Hunter sniffing sawdust. Post by AusGeoff on Feb 25th, 2024 at 12:27am Federal prosecutors mistakenly claimed in a court filing that a photo of sawdust they found while searching Hunter Biden's electronics was cocaine, attorneys for the president's son said Tuesday. "Mistaking sawdust for cocaine sounds more like a storyline from one of the 1980’s Police Academy comedies than what should be expected in a high-profile prosecution by the U.S. Department of Justice", the Biden filing said. Didn't these clowns notice that the sawdust was on a bench saw in a carpenter's (not Hunter's) workshop? FFS! |

Hunter Biden goes on trial for gun violations.
Joe Biden previously said Hunter was the smartest man he knows amid reports of the Biden family raking in millions of dollars during and after Joe Biden’s vice presidency. Special Counsel David Weiss charged Hunter in 2023 with one count of false statement in the purchase of a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance, and one count of false statement related to information required to be kept by a federal firearms licensed dealer. Hunter used crack when he purchased the firearm, according to a wide variety of photos from the time on his abandoned laptop, and the gun was found discarded in a public trash can next to a school. The Secret Service allegedly intervened in the investigation of that incident. “I am the President, but I am also a Dad. Jill and I love our son, and we are so proud of the man he is today,” Joe Biden said in a statement. “Hunter’s resilience in the face of adversity and the strength he has brought to his recovery are inspiring to us. A lot of families have loved ones who have overcome addiction and know what we mean.” Weiss later indicted Hunter with tax violations in California. Hunter’s gun trial is expected to last around two weeks. Jury selection began Monday with Dr. Jill Biden and Hunter’s wife, Melissa Cohen Biden, in attendance. |

In 2023, Hunter refused to accept a plea deal from prosecutors after negotiations fell apart under judicial scrutiny of a “diversion agreement.”
The original “sweetheart” plea deal gave Hunter the option to plead guilty to not paying taxes on more than $1.5 million in income in 2017 and 2018, receiving probation rather than jail time. In addition, Weiss devised a separate diversion agreement that gave Hunter immunity from potential future charges, including a provision to potentially wipe a felony gun violation from his record. The case is United States v. Hunter Biden, No. 24-1703 in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Sweetheart plea deal. Did Trump or Rudy or Anyone opposed to the Dems had a sweetheart plea deal? Why Cunter Biden? Big Guy? |

Little guy compared to Cohen:
'charges of tax evasion, making false statements to a federally-insured bank and to Congress, and campaign finance violations. The plea was entered followed the filing of an eight-count criminal information, which alleged that COHEN concealed more than $4 million in personal income from the IRS, made false statements to a federally-insured financial institution in connection with a $500,000 home equity loan, and, in 2016, caused $280,000 in payments to be made to silence two women who otherwise planned to speak publicly about their alleged affairs with a presidential candidate, thereby intending to influence the 2016 presidential election'. |

A parent is an important role model in his children's lives. He is a moral exemplar. Without an ethical foundation in life, children become lying, cheating criminals like Hunter Biden. I've never heard of such appalling behaviour, dear boy. How any man could run for president after this is beyond me. Hunter Biden should be locked up immediately. No bail, no appeals, nothing. President Biden Says He Is Still Proud Of His Son For Getting Away With Everything Else He Did
WASHINGTON, DC — In a heartwarming display of paternal affection, President Biden has responded to his son Hunter's conviction on three federal felony gun charges by reminding the nation that he is still proud of Hunter for getting away with everything else he did. The president's inspiring words of support and affirmation for his son praised him for getting away with other crimes, such as drug possession, underage sex trafficking, and bribery. "And speaking of the America, I'd like to remind you all that I'm very proud of, you know, the thing! Hunter!" President Biden said as the White House staffer who was supposed to be making sure he didn't get into trouble flushed red and waved his arms in a desperate attempt to get Biden to stop talking. "I'm so proud of that Hunter boy, not only for what he's done to get him in this frugecuielneug… but for all the things he got away with, too. So many things! PAUSE. Always, you know - putting aside 10% for the big guy, that's what Hunter does. Good boy, Hunter." Biden was forced to pause as several White House staffers whisked him away off stage and claimed that he was "already late for another engagement." At publishing time, several reporters were seen wiping away tears at the sight of the president's paternal care before editing anything Biden mentioned about Hunter out of their articles. |

CNN Claims Hunter Conviction Is Russian Disinformation U.S. — A new CNN report citing several anonymous sources claims Hunter Biden's convictions on all 3 felonies today bear the distinct marks of Russian disinformation. "Our expert, highly credible, expert, and very reliable expert anonymous sources from deep within the intelligence community have all said these convictions are likely the result of an elaborate disinformation campaign from Russia," said CNN anchor Jim Acosta. "We urge the public to ignore these convictions until we have more details. Do not watch any news sources except CNN, as we are the only ones with this information. You can trust me, because I'm Jim Acosta." CNN went on to report that approximately 50,000 intelligence officials were all in complete agreement and that anyone who disagreed with them was probably a danger to democracy. Not satire the second time around either. |

Hunter’s sentence won’t emerge until about October, or around a month before the presidential election, the presiding district court judge Maryellen Noreika, 57, said.
Special federal prosecutor David Weiss, who brought the charges against Hunter after an earlier plea-deal fell apart under judicial scrutiny, said “no-one was above the law”. “This case was about the illegal choices he made while in the throes of addiction,” he said in a statement. The verdict came less than two weeks after former president Donald Trump, also making history, became the first current or former occupant of the White House to become a felon, being found guilty on 34 charges in New York related to hush-money payments in 2016. Donald Trump’s campaign said the verdict was “nothing more than a distraction from the real crimes of the Biden Crime Family, which has raked in tens of millions of dollars from China, Russia, and Ukraine”. “Crooked Joe Biden’s reign over the Biden Family Criminal Empire is all coming to an end on November 5, and never again will a Biden sell government access for personal profit,” the former president’s campaign said in a statement. https://www.theaustralian.com.au/world/joe-bidens-son-hunter-faces-possible-jail-time-after-guilty-verdict-on-gun-charges/news-story/f525d36849d875c6b6c81b798b087752 |

Little doubt Hunter Biden was guilty....Despite the Republicans best efforts they could not connect any crimes to Joe Biden through his son....It is ridiculous that you can own a gun in America without background checks....It is not the American justice system that is broken it is there useless laws that place greater emphasis on the right to own a gun than public safety safety!!!

Come come, Nemo, this verdict is making the nutcases hysterical. It renders their WITCH HUNT argument completely void, but do you know?
The way Hunter came to be tried was indeed political interference. The prosecutors proposed a plea deal and the Republican judge rejected it. Now, even jury members are complaining about having to find Hunter guilty on a tickabox technicality, even if it does carry 25 years. The old boy's right. They should investigate the big guy. Problem is, Congress already did - for a year. They subpoenaed his bank records, taxes, family trusts. They had access to his entire family. Their investigation team came up with - wait for it - nothing. Not one crime to refer to the DOJ. Not even lying on a gun form. So now you understand how the party of law and order feels, yes? So reeling and butthurt, poor things. They really should use more drugs. |
