I assume this post is sarcastic, however I am a big believer in Forgiveness.
It makes all the difference. In essence, what else can be done?
Unless forgiveness is given, many situations cannot be resolved.

It will never happen.  The sorry industry is based on no forgiveness and perpetual sorry business.
If you forgive you take responsibility. That would instantly kill the business model.
