Timeline

1stborn woke up feeling a bit crap on Friday so had the day off school and didn't play netty on Saturday.
Sunday, 80% Monday normal
No tests done, assumed it to be a cold.

Yesterday morning I woke up feeling the mildest cold symptoms, 2/10
Went to gym and did a big workout
Felt a tiny bit worse this morning 3/10, went to the gym and did a light workout. I was supposed to meet a mate for a beach run and sauna but passed as that could suppress the immune system and let it get worse.

At school today one of her friends said she had covids last week so got me curious if it spread to us,  and seems it did.

Covid 2024 = a cold, 2-3 out of 10 ;D
