I haven't followed it much but from what I've gleamed over various news grabs, I think the just decided that there is reasonable doubt that he may have acted in self defence when he killed the guy, but killing the woman was out and out murder, designed to hide the first 'crime'.

Well he's always voicing off about Lehrmann & Assange and the "law".

I think he might have even been in favour of throwing BRS under the bus because of a couple disgruntled soldiers accusations... and the word of some Afghan villagers.

This stood out as an anomaly - so I asked.

If Gnads had been in charge all blacks in the vicinity would have been rounded up stitched up and found guilty without a shred of evidence.

The real murderer would have been granted a white privilege declaration of innocence by Judge Gnads.
