They have promised, promised, promised - but did not deliver on anything.  The 'Conservatives' have been a centre left government for 14 years.
Now for a lefty government, economic devastation and complete civilisational collapse.  :-?

It will be Allahu akhbar, insh'allah.

Any convicted criminals or rapists in the running to be PM?

The UK Labor Party is falling apart under Keir Starmer who looks more conservative than Sunak.

Large numbers of people are leaving the party.

Voters are turning to alternative parties.

Starmer's popularity is less than 50%.

Labor won't get more than 50% of the vote and will have to rely on support from smaller parties to govern.

None that identify as such - but inclusiveness requires that there must be a percentage...

The problems of the UK are all caused by mass immigration -
the same as our situation here and in most Western countries.

The end result is that the whole world will be full of 3rd world countries.

I'm pretty sure Rishi Sunak and the Tories knew they were going to lose well before the election.

Unfortunately, just like with Australian politics, once the celebrations and euphoria wear off the vast majority of the population will gradually find out that nothing has changed as far as they're concerned.

Our very own frauds, Anthony Albanese and the ALP (Alternate Liberal Party) is proof of that.

Same sh!t, different party. Rinse and repeat for the next election... and the next... Ad Infinitum.

It's sad really as people want change but it never happens.
The UK will continue to be invaded by millions of migrants
and there seems to be no way to legally stop them.

Christopher Hitchens prophetically warned Britain in 2009:

“You will be told you can’t complain because you’re Islamophobic”

Starmer’s proposed ‘Islamic blasphemy law’ will make this dystopian prophecy a concrete reality

This is arguably the most consequential election in modern British history due to the implications posed by a Islamoapologist government

The uniparty cabal has done immense damage to our great country and it’s your duty to send them a strong message today

This is not about us: this is about our grandchildren

Can't say I've heard of the new Prime Minister, but he seems to have a good CV.

Sir Keir Rodney Starmer KCB, KC (/ˈkɪər/ ⓘ; born 2 September 1962) is a British politician and barrister who has served as Leader of the Labour Party since 2020. He has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Holborn and St Pancras since 2015, and previously served as Leader of the Opposition from 2020 to 2024 and as Director of Public Prosecutions from 2008 to 2013. Starmer is set to succeed Rishi Sunak as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom following the Labour Party's victory at the 2024 general election.[1]

Stifling political correctness, also called wokery, will reach new height in the hands of a prime minister that's unwilling to define what a woman is, and takes the knee to the latest divisive woke cause.

Borrowing, and the national debt, likely won't fall because the public sector will expect a cash bonanza when Labour get in, because those working IN it, are Labour’s electoral constituency.

Taxes won't go down to any significant extent, because Labour don't really believe in low taxes and like to mischaracterise low taxes as “trickle down economics”.

In fact, given that the country is so broke, taxes will probably go up to fund Labour’s policy ambitions.

I blame the Conservatives. They betrayed every conservative principle.

Less people voted for the Labour Party than they did at the previous election. So yes they got a landslide of seats, but with not much of an increase on the vote.

It is due to the first past the post system, where candidates can win a seat with a lot less than 50%+1.

It's a SEQ thing....   extremist thinking and radicalisation of middle class issues has long turned 'centre left' into 'neo-Nazi' in the eyes of the deluded....  oh... **weeps** you disagree with my view!!  You MUST be a Nazi!!!!  (boo-hoo) ....

Keir Starmer is a shortarse:

https://newpolitic.com/2022/01/keir-starmers-height-is-5-foot-8-does-it-matter-in-politics/

Keir Starmer’s height is 5 foot 8, or 172 centimetres.

That’s taller than Boris Johnson, who has a height of 5 foot 7. It’s also taller than Rishi Sunak, who’s reportedly 5 foot 5. Sunak has been referred to as pint sized by some portions of the British media, while others have expressed their shock at discovering how small the current chancellor of the exchequer is. “I will never get over Rishi Sunak’s height says one Twitter user. “I should clarify that I love the fact that he’s a manlet.” Another user says, “Sunak looks like he’s in a different font compared to the others,” while someone else tweets, “Not just his height…he looks to be on an entirely different scale!”

The "conservatives" tried being Brexit populists, fucked that up, then tried being freemarketeering tax cutters, and blew the economy. They've limped along for the past two years, being nothing at all.

Of course they'd get shown the door. At their core, they represent the void. So that's that.

Just so. Brexit did them in. Britain is now a declining third-rate former power. Think Franco's Spain - without Franco.

The best thing they've got going for them now is their king, and he's about to croak.

Woke and broke Britain: how fake Tories led to Labour’s landslide victory

Policy Failures and Broken Promises

The motivations behind the protest vote were rooted in widespread disillusionment. Voters felt betrayed by a Conservative Party that no longer represented their values or addressed their concerns. The list of unfulfilled promises and policy failures is long and damning. The inability to stop the migrant boats crossing the English Channel, rising knife crime, and the botched handling of fishing rights post-Brexit left coastal towns struggling and eroded public trust. The housing crisis remains unabated, and energy crises have exacerbated cost-of-living pressures.

NHS in Crisis
One of the most significant failures has been the handling of the National Health Service (NHS). Chronic underfunding, staffing shortages, and mismanagement have left the health service on the brink of collapse. Patients face longer waiting times, reduced access to essential services, and a decline in the quality of care. The failure to address these issues further eroded trust in the Conservative Party’s ability to govern effectively.

The UK today finds itself in a paradoxical state of being both ‘Woke’ and ‘broke.’ The social justice agendas, often championed by the ‘Fake Tories’ led to policies that prioritised ideological conformity over practical governance, further alienating traditional conservative voters. At the same time, economic mismanagement and a lack of coherent fiscal policy have left the nation struggling with mounting debt and a cost-of-living crisis.

As the UK moves forward after Labour’s landslide victory, the implosion of the Conservative Party at the hands of ‘Fake Tories’ serves as a stark reminder of the perils of internal discord and ideological deviation. The resultant protest vote, while a powerful expression of democratic discontent, threatens to destabilise the nation with such a massive Labour majority that will potentially make the UK even more ‘Woke and Broke’ with their left-leaning ideologies and their track record of economic mismanagement.

The UK is in the grip of a long-term economic decline, dear boy. Its cause is the UK's removal from the biggest trading market in the world, Europe.

And yet, you supported it, just as you always absolutely inevitably do. Why would anyone share your pity party when you play shit-and-run?

Imagine,  Britain was one of the major European players - influence, voting rights, the lot. It even got to tweak the rules and keep its own currency.

In return, Brits got a stable influx of labour and the right to work, reside and retire in some of the world's most desirable countries. Now?

Brits are free to move to Blackpool. They can work in one of the desperately-needed jobs the Poles and Ukrainians used to do: cleaning little old ladies' bottoms or working for tips in hospitality. Of course, that's never enough hours in the day, so Mother needs to import her labour from the rapidly becoming more culturally-appropriate countries, such as Nigeria and Bangladesh.

Rich multicultural, innit.

Ever get the feeling you've been cheated?

Is it lead? Are you drinking water from lead pipes?

A total load of bollocks. Britain is not removed from the European economy.  It has LESS favourable relation with Europe after Brexit than Switzerland or Norway. It is now more like a princely state in the Raj - all pomp and recirculation,  no say or influence. Thanks, Tories.
Britain' has been ****ed by the Tories good and proper. They managed to make Brexit a "no swallow, no spit " situation - just your kind of status quo, paki arse sniffer.

The pseudo conservatives are worse than the outright proggies. The former lie and betray their constituents in the hope of being loved by the latter. Bbwianesque, paki ****wittery.

The most profitable export the UK had in the past was was the export of British domestic servants, Frank's ancestors.

Starmer will certainly be seeing off a lot of Brits at the airport.

Your post makes no sense. Boris Johnson campaigned for Brexit, became PM and did a sloppy deal. It's left to Stamer to somehow make it right.

Would you like Brian to sniff your bottom?

It will be a whitewash by the labour party. The Torries are toast.

They thought they might not even win 100 seats.

Poms are sick of the conservatives' bullshit.

But as Carl said, it'll just be the same old crap with Labour.

The Tories have been wiped out:

https://www.bbc.com/news/election/2024/uk/results

They lost 217 seats.   :o

Now lost  247 seats.   :o

All caused by mass immigration - people are really pissed off -
life is hard now everywhere -
same here in Australia.

;D Yeah well they've gone from the fire to the frying pan .... because LABOUR have a far more open immigration policy.

So if the Poms were pissed off over immigration issues then why would they vote Labour in?

Nearly as fickle as the French voters .... all pissed off with the lefty policies of Macron & his govt... and immigration was a key factor in that ... they put support behind the Le Pen & the National Rally Party .....

only to go weak at the knees at the polling booth & put Macron back in to cop more of the same.

Great Britain once had a moat
To stop any troublesome boat
When it came to just stopping
Those just country shopping
It merely came down to a vote.

The Old Dart has a population of 68m ... 279 people per sq km .... Australia 3 per sq km .... but our truly habitable land is severely limited... once again I predict that at Untergang Britons will be walking streets lined with corpses...... bring out yer dead...

It's 2045... world trade has collapsed.... overcrowded countries worldwide can no longer supplement their own food growing capacity by importing foodstuffs..... fuel is scarce..... services have broken down and disease is rampant in many countries......  people are starving and sick and crime has long been out of control..... the bodies are piling up .... and disease grows worse by the day....... ravenous mobs roam streets looking for fresh dead to carve steaks from....   the world is growing dark..... in Britain the streets are lined with the dead..... and there is nobody to remove them..... death is all around........... and wars abound on all sides as nations jockey for a share of the diminishing food resources and other resources.... and Lebensraum for their own Volk ...

In Australia all land handed to Aborigines that is capable of bearing a crop has been resumed by President Lehrmann (The Deuce now older and wiser) and his vice President Higgins (older and wiser) .... those who resisted or might resist were dealt with unmercifully, with the national life at stake... as much land as possible is under cultivation to feed the local population of forty million now.... meanwhile the ravening hordes of Asafica are kept out by former President Dutton's Great Wall which unlike Hitler's Fortress Europe was built with a roof over it ........ nobody gets in...... and nobody gets out save the occasional freebooter trader with a death wish who goes Offshore heavily armed to trade ......

Riot thugs torch bus and wreck police car on night of shame in Leeds: Residents are told to stay indoors as huge mob tears through streets following stand-off with dozens of officers

Leeds is apparently the UK's second most populous municipal borough, and this was in the Harehills district of the city. If "Harehills" rings a vague bell with our non-English readers, that's because it turned up on these pages just two months ago:

Here is the winning candidate for the Green Party, which I had hitherto thought was something to do with Michael E Mann and global warming, giving his victory speech in Gipton and Harehills:

'We will not be silenced. We will raise the voice of Gaza. We will raise the voice of Palestine. Allahu Akbar!'

Allahu Akbar: It's not just for diving under the table to anymore.

https://youtu.be/NaeYJm1swxU?si=s5xqPC8dMcjm0aIy

The above representative of the people, Mr Mothin Ali, now says the streets and buses and police cars of his district are ablaze because the West Yorkshire constabulary do not speak Urdu.

Now they are faced with a Third Reich decision ... to round up all the dissidents and trouble makers and violent people and imprison or deport them .... or what?  Like cancer they have infiltrated every part of the body citizen of Britain..... and now will be difficult to dig out ...

Take a lesson - shut the gates NOW on certain antithetical groups .... if you don't know who they are by now - you are destroying the country and are the problem.  Stupid governments have created this - now any non-stupid government that tries to fix it will meet with resistance from all sides ... even those most afflicted by this madness.

Australia!  The global population situation will not get any better by your futile attempts to absorb some from each nation, like some modern day Noah's Ark - you are bringing in the white ants who are eating your boat, the vandals with the hammers and axes who are chopping at it, the criminals who are driving the crew into defensive positions and are trying to take control of the Ark ....

Let Europe sink under its own stupidity  - it's their own fault - you can still save this country from its own stupidity.  What are they going to oppose that national policy with?  Harsh words?  Commando raids in small sinking boats?

I'm launching a renewal project for Australians local - growing avocado trees and giving them away on the proviso that they are grown so they partly overhang a fence so that passing poor people can pluck produce.... this country HAD the ability to feed itself.... that is being killed off .... you talk about preserving gas and petroleum and such for Australians first.... what about foodstuffs?

Which is more important?  A few dollars more from selling to the starving world that will never get enough while ruining your own fruit etc industries and buying in at inflated prices that are leading to costs of living rises endless - or shoring up your own fortress walls first pending the inevitable Untergang?

Generation Z?  Forget them - they will be fighting the next war...... and it will not be pretty and frilled out with statements about 'gender' and such.
