Like all regular people I grew up with in the Heartland, JD studied at Yale, had his career funded by Silicon Valley billionaires, and then wrote a bestseller trashing that community. Come on. That’s not what Middle America is. And I gotta tell you, I can’t wait to debate the guy. That is, if he’s willing to get off the couch and show up."

It's amazing how much energy the Democrat campaign has now that Biden has dropped out and Harris has named her running mate. Almost from the start, the Biden campaign was on life support. Harris taking over saw a sudden surge in support almost overnight and her partnership with Walz has only seen that support grow more. I really think that voters who aren't rusted-on Trumpers are now seeing just how divisive and negative the Trump campaign is compared to the pisitive energy of the Harris/Walz campaign.
