I can imagine that some will welcome this news, particularly with the encouragement for Indigenous Australians to return to their homelands, ostensibly to avoid entanglement with legal troubles or incarceration.

However, those very individuals who would celebrate such developments are likely the same ones who will, in their own minds, twist the situation to somehow portray themselves as the victims once again.

Sounds like a good idea to curtail all the troubles from substance abuse.... and quarantine the community from serial serious offenders....
