An admission of guilt, of any sort, has never been a prerequisite to receiving a Presidential Pardon. If you believe there is such a prerequisite, please show where in the US Constitution, the Law of the Land & the basis of all American Law, the prerequisite is written.

Well, you are essentially taking justice out of the court system, and into the hands of the president.   In which case, it is a very slippery slope down the steps of fascism and authoritarian rule.   It is your country Panther.    You may be happy because perhaps these people are your friends.  But you know what happens, the right wingers will always find the next 'enemy', as long as you are not the top 1%.

It’s just not up for debate. These people, some of whom were armed, violently stormed the Capitol because they were encouraged to by Trump. A large number of Police were injured, and people on both sides died. They had no right to storm the Capitol Building as the election result was being certified. No right at all. It is just and right that some are in prison and others are facing the prospect. They do not deserve a pardon, period. Their actions are indefensible, period. They belong in prison, period!

You haven't got a forking clue on whats going to happen to the Jan6 demonstrators, & much less to say about all the works that are already in motion, not here,  but in the United States of America, where your words are less than hot dust blown on the wind, works in motion that will see pardons fall into open hands as promised to many hundreds in the next 2-3 months.

President Trump has already assigned his task forces assigned to start the process of eventually dropping pending charges, eventually stopping all ongoing prosecutions, & have them working day & night arranging all the paperwork to follow their President's pending sweeping orders to open the jails & set most of the Jan6 demonstrators & rioters already charged, tried, & sentenced free to go home & rejoin their families......free of all findings of so called "guilt" of crimes against the State.

Nothing you say or do here will stop any of what has already been put in motion from its final objectives......The restoration of Freedom & Liberty to hundreds upon hundreds of politically persecuted Americans since Jan6......
