The truth is clean energy isn't clean. All the hydrocarbon generated in the manufacture and disposal of these wind turbines far exceeds their clean energy production. Electric vehicle production is another high energy consumer. These "green devices" don't just appear after a summer rain, it takes fossil fueled energy to bring them to market. Just like the addition of ethanol to our gasoline, it takes more energy to produce it than it saves in energy costs.
