Marcos of the Philippines has signed a shiny, new law and several islands now belong to them, not China. Beijing has a stylish map with 9 dashes which sort of make some bits belong to China. The Marcos signature has two lines as a symbolic map of what he means and it's now 9 against 2. China may enhance the dashed line with bold script leaving Marcos with a choice of emoticons or coloured lines, maybe underlined with crimson or aqua marine background. Dumping paint in lines on the South China Sea is also an option.

Indeed, the red points are aircraft carriers, the blue dots are stealth radars and the background is China, left to right. Also north to south and all the fish.  Philippinos twiddle the knobs to little effect.
