No secret most Trump voters are going to be seriously hurt by the second Trump presidency.
Tariffs => inflation Obamacare gone—healthcare no longer available for large swathes of the US population Deport illegals—who will do the work and at the wages “illegals” are doing now? Handing money to the “morbidly rich” means more taxes on those not in the top income brackets. etc. |

This sort of "direct action" against these CEOs and people on power should worry those aligning with Trump and taking actions, like you've mentioned, that will hurt the MAGA base, even if it is what they asked for.
They are, after all, the ones who showed they are happy to take up arms and use violence to get what they want. And if Trump paronds the Jan 6th insurrectionists, he's only putting a bigger target on the backs of those who are implementing his damaging policies. At least he has the Secret Service. |

You haven't thought this through have you. Tariffs= new sources for goods or maybe we just don't need to buy so much junk from overseas. Obamacare gone=no loss. The real burden is the monthly premium cost due to obamacare causing the rest of us to pay their fair share for coverage. Deport illegals= bring in workers legally with a time limit to their visas. It worked before and it will work again. Handing money to morbidly rich? As Ronald Reagan famously said "it isn't that government taxes too little, it is that government spends too much". |

If anyone thinks Trump won't or can't do a U-ey on anything, hasn't been paying attention.
Trump will dial back his tariffs - particularly against Canada and Mexico - in the time it takes him to cut a turd. And 'change his mind' on Ukraine, healthcare... and illegals - in favour of cheap/slave labour. Already Trump's been 'changing his mind' on illegals - suggesting that his administration will focus on the criminal element. |

The rapist is all talk. He'll do very little of what he's promised. He'll play more golf than he did in his first term, and achieve even less in the way of policy implementation. He ran for POTUS in order to keep out of prison - that's all. |
