Title: Stephanopoulos humiliated by Trump
Post by Leroy on Dec 20th, 2024 at 2:28pm
And now has to take a pay cut, so it cost him more than the $15mil ABC had to pay and the $1mil Stephanopoulos had to pay Trump.

ABC staff are not happy as workers have to be laid off and everyone hates Stephanopoulos, woke people do tend to hate others for whatever reason.

Anyway all in all a good outcome.

The truth is important so I'm glad the record was cleared.

You wouldn't want people to think that Trump has been found liable for rape by a jury, when it was only sexual battery and defamation of E. Jean Carroll he was found liable for.

It's an important distinction, one requires forced penetration and the other doesn't.

It's a good thing Trump didn't have his little blue pills that day...

Actually, the jury found that Trump violently penetrated her with his finger, and not his penis.

If it had been his penis, the would have found him liable for rape.

The problem is that Trump's tiny hands have tiny fingers and thus the jury couldn't be certain if it was his penis he violently penetrated her with or his finger. Both are the same size.

Either way, he was found liable for violently penetrating a woman against her will.

Quote:
She described him curving his finger inside her, saying it was "extremely painful" and "a horrible feeling."

Under New York criminal law, an assault constitutes "rape" only if it involves vaginal penetration by a penis. That was the definition the jury was instructed to use in the civil case.

By responding "no" to the question of whether Carroll proved Trump raped her, the jurors indicated they weren't convinced Trump penetrated Carroll with his penis, according to Kaplan, who first wrote about the issue in July when he denied Trump a new trial in the sexual abuse case.

But the jurors' conclusion that Trump sexually abused Carroll "necessarily implies" that they did, in fact, believe he penetrated her with his fingers, Kaplan said.

The people defending him are defending a violent rapist and using semantics as their excuse.

The question has to be asked: what sort of person continually defends an adjudicated rapist - another rapist, perhaps?

Yes it is important, thats why ABC had to pay Trump $15,000,000 and  Stephanopoulos had to pay $1,000,000.
So its all over now unless anyone in the news cares to lie again will know the consequences.

We're agreeing with you, there's no need to try to trigger some sort of conflict, we're on the same side.

The truth.

Indeed, we do all agree and we all acknowledge the truth.

The jury found that Trump violently penetrated Carroll's vagina, against her will, with his finger - they weren't convinced it was his penis and thus, according to their instructions, couldn't use the word rape.  Agreed.

And, $15 million will be paid to a presidential foundation and museum (not to Trump personally) and $1 million will be paid to Trump's lawyers to cover their costs (for once, a Trump legal team gets paid).  Agreed.

In addition, Trump has posted a $91.6 million bond, from his own bank account, to cover the defamation verdict in favour of writer E. Jean Carroll.  Agreed.

There's no conflict here.  Just the truth.

How could Trump penetrate anything if she had her clothes on?
Reckon she wore a short easy access skirt and just happened to have no underwear on to allow 'any penetration'.
Sounds like an attempt for entrapment by a slut looking for fast money.

That's the truth, Greggery. A bit of hanky panky in a department store dressing room.

Most common, it happens all the time. Melania's not too happy, but what can you do?

She got her $20 mil for her endorsement. Piece of. A ten minute speech and a kiss on both cheeks. The hand-holding was a little awkward, but it all went according to plan. The big fella even did a quick boogie at the end, as if to say: check it out, boys, I paid for those tits, the bitch owes me. You want a piece, get your own agency escort. Pay off your own corrupt stooges for her Einstein Visa. Bang up your own broad and stash her in your own Manhattan penthouse.

We'll win so much we'll get tired of winning, no?

Yeah, a wealthy society slut, over a decade later.

She's not his type, JaSin.

You?

Good point, dear.

It's only ever naked women who are raped.

Quote:
She said she pushed him back and he again shoved her against the wall, banging her head. She described how Mr. Trump used his weight to hold her against the wall, then pulled down her tights. Ms. Carroll grew emotional as she testified. “I was pushing him back,” she said. “I was almost too frightened to think if I was afraid or not,” she added later.

His fingers went into my vagina, which was extremely painful,” Ms. Carroll testified.

Why is it that some people vehemently defend rapists?

Birds of a feather?
