This, you see, is where your cult leads you, old boy. You've learned you can deny reality altogether. The response is for everybody to gather round you, all erstwhile and sincere, spelling out the facts and helping you to see the light. You love all that. It's a form of shit and run, your old favourite. Take a shit on someone's doorstep, knock and run off, having a right old giggle as you go. They're left at the door: Hello? I'm sure I heard something. Who is it? Oh no, I've stepped in it. Those kids! I'll get you! But we know, old boy, and we know you know too. You can just repeat the lie. What are they going to do? They're standing there with your shit all over their shoe - what are they going to do? |

Their prerogative? You said Justice Juan Merchan wrote that he plans to order an unconditional dismissal. Justice Juan Merchan just wrote the exact opposite. Justice Juan Merchan just ordered your DL to attend court, sit there quietly as he goes through the facts of his crimes, reads out the victim impact statements, goes over the forensic psych report and offender profile, outlines the typical penalties for such crimes and previous sentences, then puts it all into context. He'll explain how your DL filed fraudulent business statements, lied during his depositions, engaged in witness intimidation, lied to the media about court officials, watched on as their lives were threatened by his supporters including bomb threats to his own home. He'll show how your DL got his lawyer to take the rap and let him do three years in jail for his very own crimes, then ordered his former lawyer to be illegally detained in isolation, ruled to be the worst case of government retaliation justice ever seen during the ruling judge's 21 year career. He'll show how your DL did all this to deceive and defraud American voters, of which you are one. So no, Panther, your DL has received no unconditional dismissal and faces sentencing on Jan 10. But I'm curious. Given your professed love of truth and justice, why would you pretend otherwise? I do hope you haven't joined the poor old boy in his game of shit and run. You're our board's resident constitutional scholar. Feel free to have a squiz, mill it over a bit, consider his arguments, references and case law precedents, including his rebuttal of the defence's "Alabama Rule", all in Judge Merchan's clearly written ruling, where he rules out dismissal absolutely. Never ever, he says, absolutely not. Justice must be served.. DL will be sentenced in court, just like any other convicted felon found guilty by a jury of his peers. It would be a cold day in hell before a convicted criminal was dismissed from sentencing in the state of New York! Ah yes, but that's the plan, you see? DL sends his lawyers into court to shriek SO UNFAIR and demand an immediate dismissal. When their arguments are thrown out, DL sets his propaganda wing into effect, posting on Truth Social, giving Fox News the talking points, retweeting the social media influencers who parrot the lines and, for old timers like Panther, sending emails out to the worshippers. They then come to sites like this to spread the lies even more. Panther wishes us a happy new year, the old boy throws a tanty, Lee sifts through the words and letters trying to find an out, and if I'm not mistaken, Aquascoot will be here soon to say how awesome his DL is to be able to rewrite history and overturn truth itself - not so much a man as a God. When they're done, we have a massive win in court with all charges fully dismissed. A "win/win". I'm not sure what we're supposed to win out of all this, but it must be good. They all seem so pleased with it all. |

Thanks for the correction, Panther. So your DL's case has not been unconditionally dismissed at all. His conviction on 34 felonies stands. He now faces sentencing on Jan 10, where we'll all get to hear his crimes, their seriousness, and the sentence he would have received if he didn't get elected as your POTUS. You're right. This is indeed a great day. President Elect Donald John Trump does not get to evade justice in the state of New York. He will be forced to attend court and stand silent as his sentence is heard, recorded and remembered. His face will be filmed for the duration of sentencing. The fake news will record his perp walk to his black SUV afterwards. If your DL chooses to disobey New York law and not attend, a warrant will be issued for his arrest on Jan 28, 2028. This is the law, exactly what you have been cherishing on our board for as long as you have been a member. If I recall, your position has been as follows: You believe in law, order, truth, justice and the American way. You would never support a politician with a whiff of corruption and criminality. That's for the leftards. You demand your leaders be moral, upright, examples of righteous intent, a model for the young. A suspected criminal? Never ever. Hell would have to freeze over first. Then you changed your mind, as people do. Okay, you said, you might support someone being investigated, that's just allegations. But you would never support anyone with indictments before a court, or courts, of law. That was your red line. People can say all sorts of things, but indicted by the courts? Hell would have to have penguins swimming around and polar bears. Next, you changed again, do you remember? Actually, you said, you might be inclined to support a politician with indictments, depending on the circumstances but never someone with a conviction, made by a jury of his/her peers. That would be unconscionable and beyond reproach. Not on your watch, you said, not in America. Hell would have to Eskimos living in igloos and fishing through the ice. Now? You support a criminal convicted on 34 felonies, multiple civil rulings for bank, business, charity fraud, sexual assault, banned from doing business in New York and an additional three criminal indictments, one for preventing the peaceful transfer of power, facing the rest of his life in jail. Thanks for informing us of the facts, Panther. Happy new year to you too. Lucky you have Australia to come home to, no? I'd be leaving the joint too. |

"President-elect Donald Trump will be sentenced on 34 counts of falsifying business records ahead of his swearing-in Jan. 20 but is not expected to face jail time, a judge ruled Friday. The decision to uphold Trump’s conviction and schedule the sentencing for Jan. 10 almost certainly means Trump will be the first felon to serve as a U.S. president." Yes that is correct. The bit at the end of the ruling also said that this finalisation leaves Trump in the position that he can appeal the convictions. You know why, old boy. Trump is a convicted felon and adjudicated rapist. Those facts we know. What we don't know is why you defend rapists and convicted felons. Are you a rapist too, old boy? In a New York Magazine article published in June 2019, Carroll claimed the event occurred "in the fall of 1995 or the spring of 1996" - more than twenty years prior. She claimed she did not report the event to the police. At the time, the criminal statute of limitations on such accusations was five years. If New York's authorities were not aware of it, that explains why Trump wasn't charged at the time or within the five years before the allegation became time-barred. In June 2006 New York changed the law but the change did not retroactively apply to alleged crimes committed before 2006. Carroll could make a civil claim because of the Adult Survivor's Act which amended the civil statute of limitations to allow "alleged victims of sexual offenses such as sexual assault and unwanted sexual contact in the workplace to file civil suits between November 24, 2022, and November 24, 2023" |

President-elect Donald Trump, with a policy of peace through strength and a Republican Senate behind him, will be the first United States president in decades who is positioned to resolve three major world crises, persuade the Senate to ratify major new treaties and garner three Nobel Peace Prizes, while saving the United States treasury over a trillion dollars. Trump can do this by addressing the deepest and most dangerous cause of global instability – nuclear weapons. In 1990, in his first interview about running for president, Donald Trump articulated the challenge. "I’ve always thought about the issue of nuclear war; it’s a very important element in my thought process. It’s the ultimate, the ultimate catastrophe, the biggest problem this world has, and nobody’s focusing on the nuts and bolts of it. It’s a little like sickness. People don’t believe they’re going to get sick until they do. Nobody wants to talk about it. I believe the greatest of all stupidities is people’s believing it will never happen, because everybody knows how destructive it will be, so nobody uses [nuclear] weapons. What bulls**t." Trump’s focus on nuclear "nuts and bolts" is exactly the path to major breakthroughs in world peace. Nuclear weapons are at the core of the world’s most dangerous conflicts. The scientific side of nuclear arms control is part of my own expertise; I and others have contributed to advances in technical methods for the United States, Russia and other nations to verify one another’s nuclear disarmament without revealing any information or having to trust one another. |

Indeed they did. Donald Trump will enter the White House as a felon. Donald Trump was sentenced without penalty in the New York hush money case Friday after a symbolic – and historic and unprecedented – hearing following the first felony conviction of a former and soon-to-be sitting president. Judge Juan Merchan spoke to Trump for several minutes, telling the president-elect that it was the office of the presidency – and not the occupant – that was afforded extraordinary legal protections requiring him to impose a sentence of unconditional discharge without any punishment. Trump was convicted in May on 34 counts of falsifying business records. While he has vowed to keep fighting the conviction through the appeals courts, Friday’s sentencing cements the fact that Trump will be the first convicted felon to become president 10 days from now. |

Whenever they start frothing and nashing over this or that - rape, murder, using private email servers, etc - we can just ask this: do you now, or have you ever worshiped the felon known as DJ Trump? A simple yes or no will suffice. |

Countries that may pose an issue for Trump to visit in his next term include Canada, which is set to host next year’s G7 summit, and Israel, Japan, the U.K., India, China and Argentina. |

Hi again, Panther. You've always been a fan of the rule of law, so it makes perfect sense you'd support your president pardoning those convicted of rioting, assaulting police and invading your beloved Capitol. But I'm curious. Didn't you want your DL to have all charges dismissed? He's just been sentenced for 34 felonies. How does that square with your previous stance on law and order? As a reminder, you said you would never support a prez who's merely been indicted. It would have to be a very cold day in hell for you to support that, you said. It will, quite simply, never ever happen. To make your point, you used Georgia font, italicized and coloured red. So, do you now support presidents who are found guilty by a jury of their peers, convicted and sentenced? What made you change your mind on that? If you don't want to answer this, just say why. Cheers. |

Cruel: Trump Sentenced To Drink Only Diet Pepsi
"This whole trial, like Diet Pepsi, is a disgrace and an affront to all that is right," Trump told reporters. "My entire life, I have been drinking Diet Coke, which, quite frankly, is God's drink. It's the greatest. Many people say so. So does Elon. You know Elon? We all love Elon, don't we, folks? He drinks Diet Coke. Very smart guy. Like me. Now, this corrupt judge sentences me to drink only Diet Pepsi? This is a perfect example of how far our nation has fallen. We will vigorously appeal this decision and save me from drinking Diet Pepsi just like we're going to save our great country." Trump's attorney, Todd Blanche, reiterated the legal team's stance that the trial was unjust. "It's a clear case of judicial malpractice," he told reporters. "Even if you believe that Donald Trump is guilty of these scurrilous charges, sentencing a human being to be limited to drinking Diet Pepsi is beyond the pale. We will fight this sentence. No one deserves this." At publishing time, Judge Merchan threatened to increase the punishment by forcing Trump to eat at Burger King. |

Exaggerate much? Half of Americans agree with a Manhattan jury's verdict that Donald Trump was guilty of 34 felony charges related to falsifying business records to cover up an alleged affair with an adult film actress. Another 30% disagree, and 19% of Americans aren't sure. A plurality of Americans, 50%, think former President Donald Trump's guilty verdict on all 34 counts in his hush money trial was correct, a new ABC News/Ipsos poll finds, and almost as many, 49%, think he should end his 2024 presidential campaign over the result. The latest survey from Reuters/Ipsos, which began fielding following the announcement of a guilty verdict in the New York criminal trial against Donald Trump regarding hush money payments, shows that a majority of Americans believe the prosecution was about upholding the rule of law and not politically motivated. |
