…Dies age 116.

Fascinating to read about their lives… amazing how Japanese food must contribute to their longevity.

Regular exercise and eating correct amount of calories if whole foods

Very few fatties in Japan, employers regularly weigh their workers and reprimand them if they get fat.

A study I read years ago found that two islands in the world had the record for longevity. One was in Japan, I think it might have been Okinawa, the other was Sardinia in Italy. They found that on both islands the biggest point of difference regarding diet were that they consisted of mostly seafood with very little red meat, and plant based oils rather than animal fats

Being very simple minded living a very sheltered simple life of no stress doing simple things would allow anyone to live a very long simple life.
It's a proven fact.
