Oh yes ,trump wants to create another gov dept.
He's calling it the External Revenue Service
but unlike the IRS,which collects taxes from US citizens ,the ERS will collect taxes from overseas companies importing to the US.
Great idea, need a gov dept to collect all those tariffs he wants to impose.

Now we do the exact same in reverse - we send out raw materials to Offshoria, while the Vulture Barons first descend on them in the ground and rip them out without paying taxes... then they transport them without paying taxes .... then they process them in tax and wage hollows ... then they ship them back without paying taxes... then they sell to us at value added and have a company structure that pays no taxes .... yet we claim to remain a 'master nation'......  once the Vulture Barons have finished raping an economy - they disappear in the middle of the border force and ATO (All Totally Oblivious) night, shift all their assets and cash Offshore and into tax havens - then declare bankrupt and finished.... then they return a week later and set up again.

You see this in Microcosm with shady companies here in Oz - but it is writ large on the world stage - the global economy stage.... for all to slowly suffer while economies and nations starve to death watching it all happen...
