I have noticed recently in the legacy MSM......
Some ['health' industry? and WOKE] 'interests' who desire to change and control our health narrative,
have been been denigrating the use of BMI [as a useful metric, of normal body size].....because its use as a 'tool', can 'unfairly' shame 'fat' people ?

e.g.

BMI "was developed based on white males"
and is "being used to arbitrarily disqualify bigger bodies".

Yeah.

People like myself are actively imposing that circumstance UPON them.
