No, it wasn't illegal. It was within the rules for Ministers. But it was a breathtaking display of poor judgement to use a taxpayer funded car and driver for a personal trip to get pissed. I definitely agree - it was poor judgement.

However, there's no reason for anyone to be sacked - they've done nothing wrong/illegal/outside the rules.

I’m quite clear with what it means, its Jo Haylen who showed a lack of awareness as she has freely admitted.

Minns is now looking at new laws to ensure that people of limited intellect such as Jo Heylen will be able too understand it  and also cut off suggestions that the rort is well spread within his government and stop any discussion of a investigation into other ministers.

Only if they are there IN their political position, and not BECAUSE of it... it's not even a fine line.
