56% of Americans believe that the government needs a big overhaul and 26% think it needs a moderate overhaul.
80% of American people approve of Musk auditing the government. For some reason the dems and left leaning news think the people have no right to know where their tax dollars goes. |

Ploughed through 350 million people, eh... That was quick! I'd bet a majority of people in democratic countries would say that their government needs a big overhaul/ moderate overhaul... It's like 'kids these days', 'there's never a cop when you need one', 'they can land on the moon, but they can't widen the freeway'... |

Gweg skip Phil DNA say the American people aren't happy with doge.
I'm sure donny and Elon are shaking with fear hearing that ;D Maybe the 30 million who heard rogans last podcast where he detailed millions of dollars spent on sesame Street for Iran and gender fluid dance for Afghanistan might disagree. 30 billion for charging stations and they have delivered less then 100 The American people love Doge . They are delighted to see left wing taxpayer funded propaganda dismantled Elon s top tech guy apparently has 55000 NGOs that were funded by the left to promote leftie nonsense 55 thousand By the time donny and Elon are finished America is going to look very different Lefty politics is finished Trump killed it :D ;D ;D :D |

I question those stats, but they've not felt the outcomes of these audits. Right now all they have to go on is Trump saying he can improve efficiency and reduce costs to the tax payer and this audit is the first step. He doesn't say how. Once people realise that their taxes won't go down, if anything they'll go up, and they're now going to have to pay directly for these services, they will no longer be government funded, they won't be so happy with these audits. When they release that the agencies that protect what little rights they have as workers are having their staff cut, they won't be so happy with these audits. When they realise that the agencies that provide them with what little consumer protection they have are undergoing the same thing, they won't be so happy with these audits. You can point to honeymoon stats all you like, but it will change, obviously once it's too late, once people start feeling the outcomes of these audits. The usual thing will happen "Why didn't anyone do anything to stop this!?" when they not only voted for it, but as your stats claim to show, are cheering for it. All we can do is laugh and learn. We don't want to make the same mistakes here. The US decline is a lesson to the rest of us. It also probably has something to do with the literacy rates being so low amongst the population that they don't really know what's happening. |

The American people are going to be devastated when they see these type of cuts. $50 million to fund condoms in Gaza $1.5 million to advance DEI in Serbia's workplaces $70,000 for the production of a DEI musical in Ireland $47,000 on a transgender opera in Colombia |

How could anyone approve/disapprove of Musk's performance yet? What's he achieved/ failed to deliver? He's only been there five minutes...
What they should disapprove of is (a) Musk's bestowed unelected power and (b) thinking he can run overhaul the US government the way he runs the shitshow that is X. The US would get by if X went c~nt-up. Wait till essential services are affected by wild cutbacks... Cambell Newman played Mini Musk a few years back and crippled Queensland services... Lucky for Queenslanders they binned the c~nt and restored services. |

DOGE isn't a real department but they're getting full access to everything they want and are enforcing physical lock out from department buildings they have no right to do. They're also making code changes to various systems without oversight and apparently without even QA. If the shoe was on the other foot, these private security guards would have been gunned down by MAGA supporters. They're lucky the left actually values the law. I wonder if they should still bother with that notion though. MAGA, Republicans and Trump certainly aren't. |

DOGE, which Musk heads, is not a government department, so Trump has bypassed Congress... He has allowed Musk to install at least 4 DOGE positions in every department with the highest access to departmental information and data - none of this has been confirmed or approved by Congress. |

Good morning MeisterEckhart, Those are only the very first spending wastes that Elon has identified, there will be plenty more to come, like the $8mil dished out to the media and I'm sure you have read about others. On the military front I think you will see their budget increase once they audit where the money is going. The military has had a boost in enlistments since Hegseth has been appointed. It is strange that the dems don't want the people that pay taxes to know where their money goes. You would think they would be proud to show where they spent the money and not trying everything they can to avoid the people knowing where it was spent. |

I'm not worried about government spending and accountability. You have audits to make sure the spending is being used properly. As you know spending on aid very rarely gets more than 20c to the dollar to the intended recipient. If taxpayers are struggling in America it seems a bit strange not want to know where your money is going and for the dems to try and restrict information about it. |

Yes, because government is failing to create "an economy which works for all" eg 40% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, some with even 2 or more jobs to make ends meet. Quote:
Yes; and we won't have to wait long to see the outcome of Musk's policies. Quote:
Both sides (R and L) believe in the 'taxpayer money' nonsense, the argument is over what government spending should fund, eg, more military or better health, education and infrastructure. |

Trump lost Latinos for trump and Palestinians for Trump - More recently it looks like Farmers for Trump have gone. Even Fox are making some funny segments. you see the country is going Broke and apparently the Republicans will put up with a lot for Trump but it starts to get shakey for him when people start losing money. Stocks crashing, International trade crashing, Farm Industry crashing, Building crashing - Trumps eggs at record high price. There could be an amendment 25 in Trump's close future.

Crashes are excellent times to make profit, cash up now and buy when the stocks fall. You can pick up an extra 20% in the year. I'm cashed up but I dont think there will be much movement down on the stocks, I think buying gold is the best at the moment then cash it in when 15-20% up. I don't think these industries are as flimsy as you imply, With a bit of upheaval comes greater diversity, the more diversity the stronger the industry. Things have to change, everything in the universe changes constantly. |
