If they get away with this they can do it to anywhere.

The same mob has already had a win in 2021 when they won a protection application that stopped Bathurst Council from building Race Kart track at the back of the Mt.

Now to cement their BS claims they scattered one of their mobs ashes up there in 2022 and now made a Sacred Site application.

The fraud being perpetrated here is that the application made in 2021 to stop the Kart track was
all to do with secret womens business.

So how do they then claim the area as a sacred site by scattering the ashes of a man up there?
