A lot of traditional owners made a lot of money out that mine.

This bloke who has been a controversial trouble making figure in QLD and the NT for years is one on them.

Murrandoo(Jason) Yanner.

Yet he's gone down this road.

Speaking of sacred sites .... do you know that most of the locations where there are cave/overhanging rock art the depictions are altered by Aboriginals themselves?

Yep - every 5 years they come along and touch up these drawings/ ochre sprayed hand silhouettes by adding more colour to faded ones.

I would hardly call them authentic traditional rock art if they are constantly added to every 5 years.

Who is to say how old they really are after that?
